Renewed our mortgage deal with Lloyds with Mr Arnold. He was extremely helpful explaining our options and discussing our future options. Highly recommend. Thank You. Steve W

Leicester, High Street - As part of my ‘Executor duties’ I recently had to distribute the funds to all the beneficiaries and realised that due to the amounts could only be done in the branch. I was taken care of in a professional, kind and helpful way by Maryam who is a true asset to the Lloyds Banking Group.
From the moment I sat down, explained my task and provided my details she helped make sure everything was done in a good way. Thank you Maryam - great customer service and a lovely person.

Dear Arlene, Thank you for your response. I am disappointed that Halifax has not addressed my dispute. Instead of investigating the issues I raised, Halifax has simply advised me to contact Lloyds Banking Group Customer Services. This does not answer my complaint or explain why the information reported to my credit file is considered accurate. My dispute concerns the accuracy of the information being reported and I have already raised a formal complaint directly with Halifax. I therefore await Halifax's full written complaint response. Once Halifax has completed its investigation, I ask that Equifax reviews the outcome and updates my credit file should Halifax confirm that any corrections are required. Please retain this correspondence with my dispute records. Yours faithfully, Mohammed Pervaiz

Lloyds Bank will not update your name even after it has been legally updated with an unrolled deed poll.
Monzo did it under 10mins by allowing me to upload my documentation. I will be closing my account and solely using Monzo.
An unenrolled and enrolled deed poll are equivalent and both legally binding.
After travelling 30mins (to a branch that is shutting down soon, I wonder why) and showing them my:
Original birth certificate.
Deed poll 1
Deed poll 2 changing name back to birth certificate.
They refused. They are now storing inaccurate information and will not update it. Which I'm pretty sure is against GDPR.

I went to Lloyd's bank in worthing and saw Beau, I went in to discuss my late father's safe custody, I ended up with a new Ultra Credit Card and a 4.10% ISA. Very good!

Toyin was very helpful and efficient in helping us open an account, and was very kind and welcoming towards us. She opened my account for me after struggling to find a bank to work with and the service was fantastic.

I’ve been fortunate to be served by Sonia on several occasions at the main Leicester City Centre branch. She comes across as exceptionally competent and highly knowledgeable across a wide range of topics within the LBG family product portfolio. Each time we’ve interacted, I’ve felt welcomed and valued as a customer, and completely confident in the service I received, delivered efficiently and effectively. Sonia consistently goes the extra mile and is clearly committed to ensuring customers leave with all their questions answered. She also takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, leaving no confusion nor ambiguity — a very welcome and rewarding 'shopping' experience these days, especially in such a busy environment as Leicester City Centre Branch.

Bury St Edmunds Branch staff especially Hayley and Shelley the manager are so professional kind and supportive . I have needed assistance a few times recently and have always felt listened to understood and valued, customer care like this is exceptional in 2026 but it should be the standard for every customer services department in all businesses.
I hope this branch never closes as the help you get from Lloyds online customer services and fraud department frequently causes issues you then need direct human contact to resolve explain or address .
Thank you to all the lovely staff at BSE branch who do make a difference and that is invaluable and essential.

I recently visited (14 July 2026) the Lloyds Bank Strand Branch simply to obtain a stamped bank statement for my Home Office application. I expected it to be a quick administrative visit, but thanks to Kim, it became one of the most positive banking experiences I have ever had.
From the moment we met, Kim made me feel welcome and gave me her full attention. She took the time to understand my financial goals and future plans before offering any advice. She listened carefully, answered every question with patience, and explained everything clearly and professionally. Even complex information about ISAs was presented in such a simple and understandable way that I felt completely confident in my decisions.
Kim also helped me choose the ISA that was most suitable for my circumstances and introduced me to Lloyds Club, explaining its benefits clearly without ever making me feel under any pressure. Throughout the appointment, I always felt that my best interests came first.
What impressed me most was the amount of time, genuine care and personal attention Kim gave me. In all my visits to different Lloyds Bank branches over the years, I have never experienced this level of customer service. Her professionalism, knowledge, patience and kindness are truly exceptional.
Kim is a real credit to Lloyds Bank. She represents the very highest standards of customer service and has all the qualities of an outstanding leader.
Thank you, Kim, for making what I expected to be a simple visit such a positive and memorable experience. You made a real difference, and I truly appreciate everything you did for me.
