Once again I had an excellent experience phoning Lloyd’s clinical. Every time I phone I speak to the most helpful people, who cannot do enough for me. They are always so polite and pleasant. They are so organised right from delivery dates being given out up to the actual delivery itself. They have an excellent system which clearly works. Thank you.

I have only just been put with this company. The delivery was only a few minutes late but was not a problem. I was unsure about how to adninister the medication so rang about a nurse visit for help. I spoke to joe on 16th april and he was very helpful and went over and above to sort the nurse visit out also sorted the next two deliveries out for me. What could have been a stressful time was made so much easier with the help i received from joe. Thank you so much. Wendy Ridgley

A superb service! I was proactively contacted if I hadn't booked in my next delivery where flexible dates were readily available. Medication always arrived during the time slot arranged and delivered by polite and helpful couriers. Any correspondence with staff was efficient and effective with the advisors being helpful and respectful. I highly recommend this 5 star service.
