Stop dealing with private equity lenders
After dealing with private equity lenders for months and deciphering their various programs fees, scams etc. I was directed to Loan bud/Bay First. Jon Rector with Bay first was my LO. I MUST state that Jon was extremely competent and very professional in explaining the various SBA programs. I knew after our first call that this was our resource for SBA lending. The process was straight forward no hidden fees or BS like the private equity. I had a couple issues on my end however Jon was very insightful and very helpful on clearing those items up. I would strongly urge any business looking for capital to look no further than Loan Bud. They are my business bank from this point forward!
