I wanted to wait until I’d tested the product before writing a review. I bought custom snoods. The printing and process were great, good flexibility and please to find how comfortable the material is. All over great 👍

Quick delivery and they confirmed my design before printing and sending. Delivery was quick and they replied really quickly to a query. I will probably be ordering more snoods but my design wasn’t the best (that is not down to the company but my design)
My grandson loves his snood, personalised and with quick delivery so we are all happy.

The reason I have only given this 3 stars is the length of time it took to get a T. Shirt. When I ordered this it said 5 days time or up to 14 days and i would get an email when I hadn't heard anything I phoned and was told it actually takes 4 weeks in the end it was over 5 weeks. Shame really as the T shirt and printing were good.

Ordered on 31/07, confirmation email advised 14 working day turnaround and that additional updates would follow by email. No updates. Chased on 20/08 and was advised turnaround time is actually 4 weeks, and that dispatch would be by 22/08 and confirmation of dispatch/tracking info would follow. Now 28/08 and I’ve heard nothing further. Have emailed again x2 but no reply. Sure it’s a busy time of year for school uniform but school starts in a few days, I don’t have the uniform
I ordered almost a month ago, and there is no reply to my emails 🤷‍♀️ I’d say I wouldn’t order again but as there’s literally nowhere else to order my children’s branded school uniform from then I don’t appear to have much choice.
