I ordered a custom snood as I saw an ad for it on Instagram and I was genuinly suprised by the quality when it arrived. I assumed that it would just be a vinyl logo applied to the snood but the design was actually printed into the fabric. Although I don't need anything else printing just yet I would certainly consider using these guys again. Thanks for my snood and I'm sorry it took me so long to leave a review

Item ordered at the beginning of December as a Christmas present. Two months later and item still not received.

Still haven’t received anything
I’ve sent emails with no response
Ordered 6 Jan 2025 said 14 days but we’re now 4 weeks later

I have not received an order placed on 30th Nov 24

As Race Director Ive used LPP and their sister company ZeroWasteMedals for a number of years to provide medals and t-shirts for the Yorkshire Coast 10K race - spending over £5K each year.
Really let down this year with several of our runners not receiving thier orders and LPP currently not responding to communications.

Proof sent on 13th Dec and approval sent by reply email on the same day. One month later I still have not recieved my product

I contacted the guys at localprintpros regarding a missing item from my Yorkshire Coast 10k merch order back in October. Initially I was promised it would be sent out within a week (13November), we're now two months later and my emails are just get ignored. Great!!

Ordered on 03/12/2024Is now been over 4 weeks with no updates of delivery I've had to email twice about it still nothing yet, if you want uniform for your child I suggest ordering months in advance or go elsewhere poor communication

Poor communication, Item proof was not sent, quality was below par and still no reply from them.

The order when arrived was late and missed our Xmas orders

My original order the stitching was terrible and Michael Fennell was brilliant about rectifying the problem. But l was assured the replacement goods would be here before Xmas as they were presents, but they never arrived and l was left feeling gutted as l promised people the presents were on their way. Bad service, but thanks for the effort Michael, prob not your fault!

Quality product, excellent value for money & quick delivery time

Well I did order two items on October 22nd. One arrived but still have not received the second item which was a hooded sweatshirt. Also I have had no email or communication about my order. It’s a bit disheartening

I ordered a t-shirt and hoodie for a race.
Received the t-shirt in time for race day which was great!
Had to wait a while for the hoodie but wasn’t disappointed as it is of a good quality and is soooo warm and snuggly!
Was kept up to date by the company in regards to expected delivery and very quick response via email

I ordered my Scarborough 10k t-shirt very late with only a couple of days before the run.
The company pulled out all the stops and it arrived in time.
Although due to horrendous weather conditions, i needed to keep my jacket on.
But all credit where its due, thank you so much x
