Installation work of high standard by Peter and Mel who took great care to accommodate any spaecial concerns we raised. I did express a level of dissatisfaction with the company's procedures and documentation for invoiving and collection of payments and they agreed to adopt a procedure which satisfied my concerns.

When Customer Service Comes First!
We have been in our property for 48 years and the walls and brickwork were all looking a bit tired. Some of our neighbours have renovation work done in recent years, by various companies - some results look better than others! When we decided to go ahead, we did some research and drew up a short list of three candidates. We invited them to quote for the work over a couple of days. This was time well spent as the differences between them was very marked! Let's just say, Lti was a clear winner from this selection process, even although it was not nearly the cheapest. Keiren, the Surveyor /Sales member did an excellent job and put our minds at rest. After five weeks, we received a call to arrange for the work to go ahead. Neal and Ashton appeared on the Monday morning and were with us on and off for a week. All the various stages were worked through, giving explanations at every stage and answering our (daft?) questions. The quality of the work was of the highest standard at all times. While all big jobs have an element of stress attached, Neal kept this to a minimum. Other staff from the company called by to monitor things and keep everything on course. Within the week all was completed to our satisfaction, with a reassurance that they would always be on hand for any future issues. We are now the smartest property in the street and well pleased with the entire project. I have no hesitation in recommending Lti to anyone who is looking to undertake this type of work. Well done!

Fraser and cammy done the walls and roof. Walls and roof power washed and then coated with protective coating. Work was done well, attention to detail, care was take to make sure everything was covered that was needed. Area tidied up and left clean. No problems.

Roof improvement with LTI
We had LTI coating our roof this week. Already had them coat the walls and they did a great job. Our installer for the roof work was James Ford. James and his team were just amazing. Arrived promptly, worked solidly all day and left the place as if they had never been there. We are looking forward to seeing the final result - I’m sure James and LTI will not disappoint.

Excellent company to deal with
I have recently had coating work done on my house by workers from the Lti company. They have done an excellent job & I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone wishing similar transformational work on their homes. Peter & his team, Mel, Anton & Jay, did the power washing, biocide treatment, painting & the final clear coating. They all worked extremely hard. They were always polite, cheerful & professional & it was actually a pleasure to have them around. They kept me informed of exactly what they were doing all the time & the finished result is excellent. They tidied everything up in the garden when they had finished too. I’d also like to mention James & his team, David & Bradley, who did the roughcasting. They too did an excellent job. It was even described as such by another professional builder working nearby. This team too were exemplary in their dealings with me, just like Pete’s team. I now have no worries about water ingress & if by any chance there is any problem in the future, Lti’s 15 year guarantee ensures that it will be fixed free of charge. Dealing with the Lti company has been such a positive experience for me in every way - right from the initial survey by Carole, who explained very clearly what the job entailed to Kurtis in their admin department, who kept in touch regularly to keep me up to date with information about when things would be happening & George, who very quickly solved a minor misunderstanding about the timing of one of the team’s schedule. Great work Lti!

I was extremely concerned about trusting another Company with the work to be done on my house, following a poor experience with another Company. But, this experience could not have been more different. From the very first visit to my home, to the completion of the work, I was most impressed. The work was carried out by Peter and Mel, and what a team. Professional does not cover it. I was kept up to date as the work progressed, and was amazed by the result. Their kindness to me as a person, their understanding of a medical condition, meant that I felt included at all times. I cannot thank them enough. Cold calling door to door
Had cold calling despite the ‘no cold caller’ signage.
Even worse the ring doorbell footage shows they deliberately saw this then made a remark regarding it before still choosing to knock.
Don’t condone these types of sales tactics.
