I have used Locauto several times and the car has always been in full functioning order + that I have never had any problems with the rental. I cannot say the same about other rental companies I have used. I have unfortunately run into a lot of problems with other companies. Less than good cars, problems with rental issues and charges for issuses unrelated to me.

Super smooth experience! It was actually our first time ever renting a car, so we were a bit nervous, especially after initially booking with a much cheaper company that had terrible reviews. We ended up cancelling and switching to Locauto. I’m glad we did it. The whole process was an absolute breeze. They even upgraded us to a better car than the one we originally requested. When we picked it up, they walked us through all the existing scratches and damages so there were zero surprises. If we ever need to rent again, we’re definitely coming back to Locauto.

Good car and service in person. Can improve website and web service
I am very happy with the service and attention of the people in the shops.
The car i got was perfect and well kept.
The website needs to improve, I could not include this last reservation in my account and neither make changes to it.
The chat to assist on that was slow and not very helpful but at least I could do it on the desk at the airport.

Very good rental company but caution is required
Very good rental company - car was quite new (10 000 km), clear and pleasent to drive. I was renting through DiscoverCars and had a 3rd party insurance and there was no issue. The staff offered to buy full insurance but there was no issue with refusing to buy it. No need of deposit and credit card is a huge advantage.
The only issue that I had was that the car had a damage not listed in the protocol. I have noticed it after signing the protocol (my bad for not waiting with signing) but I have made pictures and notified the staff. I got an information that it would be added to the protocol but I should keep this photo. During the drop off inspection the same damage was spotted so I had to discuss with the staff whole situation. Finally car was accepted and no charges applied but it is very important to made a good review of car with pictures during pick up.
