LEVARGING OF CANCELLED FLIGHTS
GREAT SERIVICE, HOW EVER WE NEEDED TO HIRE A CAR DUE TO THE VOLCANOE CANCLEING FLIGHTS AND THE COST OF THE HIRE CAR WAS OVER 500 EUROS FOR 12 HOURS. I THINK LEVERAGING OFF A TIME LIKE THIS IS TAKING ADVATAGE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. DUE TO THIS I WOULD NOT BE USING THIS CAR RENTAL AGAIN. HOWEVER HAVING A VEHCILE AVLAIBLE SOLVED THE ISSUE.;

The pick up took such a long time
The pick up took such a long time. We rented the car for 9 o’clock and we had to wait for 45 min outside in the sun and almost mist our plane.
