Arrival after midnight was not a problem, near location to airport terminal, no hidden fees, no pushing to pay for some extra insurance, helpful and willing approach, no need of credit card, new and clean car

Everything easy and professional.

Fast and professional service upon pickup. Returning the car was also quick and efficient. Only directions to the "car return" facility at Catania Airport are provided.

Good car. Easy check in and check out, well organized. Only negative point was at check in, the employee gave us a story that we were too early to pick up the car but we could get another one directly if we were choosing for an upgrade. We were only 30min early but after traveling and just arriving I agreed to it to afterwards realize that it made no sense.

Nice personnel, easy to book and easy to find at the airport. Only finding the car itself in the big car park was a little more complicated. Would book again.

Staff was great, fuel package offered was fair and had a decent price, car was new and very reliable and above all that more and more LOCAUTO is becoming my number one choice - no tricks or fake problems during the car return to push for additional cost and unfair expenses. What has been agreed was charged (of course car was delivered in exactly the same conditions)

We had an extremely disappointing experience with this company.

During our trip, we got a flat tire. We immediately contacted customer support, but for 8 hours after our first call, nobody was able to help us. Every time we called, we were asked to leave our phone number and were promised a callback, but no one ever called us back. The office staff kept telling us they could not help and that we had to wait for customer support.

When we finally arrived at the office in person, we were told that we should have simply stayed in the car and waited the entire time, even though the outside temperature was 43°C (109°F). This attitude toward customers is completely unacceptable.

Since we received no assistance, we had to take a taxi to the office at our own expense, costing us €300. Only after arriving in person did they finally process our case. Unfortunately, that was not the end of our problems.

The following day, the company required us to return to the location where we had been forced to leave the vehicle in order to collect paperwork from the tow truck driver. To do this, we had to rent another car at our own expense, as the company did not provide us with a replacement vehicle or any assistance. Instead of resolving the situation, they shifted all the responsibility, organization, and additional costs onto us.

As a result, we lost two full days of our vacation, spent hundreds of euros on taxis and an additional rental car, and wasted countless hours driving, waiting, and trying to reach customer support. Despite having full insurance (except theft coverage), we were also charged an additional €190 for the towing service because of the flat tire.

The customer service was terrible. The support team was practically nonexistent, employees kept passing responsibility to each other, behaved rudely, and instead of solving the problem, tried to convince us that everything was our fault.

We would never recommend this company to anyone. If you don’t want to ruin your vacation, waste your time, and spend extra money dealing with problems that should be handled by the rental company, choose a different car rental provider.

Great service from staff, professional and answered all my questions.
The car was clean, great condition and overall experience of pick up and drop off was smooth. I would use them again.

One thing to note, the gas gauge needs to be fixed in the car i rented. It was a new Citroen as far as I remember

The downside, it was a nightmare delivering back the car in respect of the location of their office. We spent 30 minutes circling around the airport to find their entrance

The car was comfortable and well prepared. The staff who prepared the car and the one where we dropped it off were friendly and understanding. That's was the opposite for the staff at the counter at the airport. They were not friendly at all, and since they are the company first impression, it's not good at all. If we had a choice we would have used another car rental. Could your staff stop using their private telephone while working.

Easy to find location for pickup, just outside The arrival area. Everything well prepared when showing my contract. Staff do not push for more sales, just brief information about insurances.

Fiat Panda was very slow I understood that it has 70 hp, it was one we did our job with it was very ok, next time I take something with more power to go

The lady in the office at the airport was really mean and egoist not helpful at all and after i changed the to the other guy he find our solution and was able to take the car other than that the car was good and in the end was hard to find the way to locauto for giving the car back was not enough signs where to go .

Everything went smoothly, but some outdated instructions for parking to return the car.

The car was in amazing condition, full coverage was great.

The check out experience on Catania Airport was not good. It is not easy to get into the parking zone of Locauto. The check out instructions need to be more clear.

A little har to find when returning otherwise a super experience.
