Car was ok
Car was ok. But engine run noisy. Child sit too expensive. That's shame. Afford trips with children is already expensive and hard and paying 10+ Euros for child sit is too much. For 65 euros one can buy second hand child sit and company charges that amount for 6 days.

I'm happy with my experience with Lokato. I rented an A3 car online for a flight to Malpensa. The counter was unattended, and everything was completed in 5-10 minutes. They issued an A4 advance, and I picked up the car in the nearby parking lot, 200 meters from the counter. The return was also quick. I was satisfied, and next time I'll definitely look at Lokato's offers first.

Customer service is a big concern
The staff at the Milan Malpensa terminal office were quite pushy and came across as disrespectful during the check out. The interaction felt rushed and not very customer-friendly, which left a negative impression
