Prompt service, no issues during rental, all boxes ticked and peace of mind provided after a terrible experience with ecoVia rental company.
Cost was slightly expensive with all options added but that provided an extra safety net during the rental period.

Easy to locate both pick up and drop and locations were easy to find. Car was slightly different to what I ordered was fit for purpose. But French cars are weird why can't they do things normal like everywhere else

We rent Audi A5 for 8 days , there is no problem at all. The car was really new one. We may have unknowingly overpaid at first, but the difference was eventually refunded to our credit card automatically, without us having to do anything. In the end, we were charged the correct amount, so there was no overcharging or dishonesty.

Everything went well. Since the car rental from DiscoverCars, the check-in at the airport up to the check-out. We did a full insurance and no problems were raised.

I was asked to pay 90 euros even though i returned the car with full tank (- 2-3 liters at most).

We would like to clarify that our standard fuel policy operates on a "Full to Full" basis. In line with this policy, if a vehicle is returned without a full tank, a refueling service fee is applied in addition to the cost of the missing liters.
We have looked into your rental details, and our records show that the vehicle you returned was refueled at the pump for 17.80 liters.
For future rentals, we would also like to mention that Locauto offers the option to purchase a prepaid full tank, allowing you to avoid the stress of refueling right before returning the car.

The car return was very confusing
The car return was very confusing . Your Lady on the phone said one thing lady at the reception at Bergamo airport said another. the instruction of the car return wee as clear as mud. I ended up paying 6 euros for the car park 3 at Bergamo airport because I wnet into the wrong car park 3. this was terrible
