From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The lady at reception was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, making the rental process simple and stress-free.
The car was spotless, almost brand new, and in excellent condition. It was comfortable, reliable, and perfect for our holiday.
When we returned the car, Marco provided equally outstanding service. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. He inspected the vehicle thoroughly and completed the return process quickly and without any issues.

Very positive experience. The whole process was quick and easy, from the airport transfer, which takes only around three minutes, to collecting the car. The drop-off was also very smooth and hassle-free. Efficient and well-organised service. Highly recommended.

everything went well. booking online was easy, picking up the car and leaving it was nice. we did get a different car than the one we booked (as always when you rent). we booked Peugeot 2008 and got Fiat 600

It was easy. People were nice. The price was right.
Very professional.
We tried first Whiz Car Rental, and they stole our money with a ridiculous excuse and technicality...
After loosing money and two hours, we went to Locauto, and everything went perfectly well. The way should have been from the start.
