Clean car. Efficient staff. We were early (about an hour) and told our vehicle wasn’t ready, so we ended up paying extra for larger vehicle rather than waiting. No mad push for extra insurance (already covered) or anything, so very happy about that. Drop off to Cagliari airport was only downside as had to lap airport 3 times to find Locauto drop off area. Could have explained that in email or text which would have greatly helped.

Wait time to pick up car
It was a bit of a wait to do the check in at the airport but when delivering the car back in Cagliari they were helpful and have advice as to where to go to top up the fuel.
Finding the location of them at the airport was a bit hard though
