We rent cars in Italy regularly and have sometimes had unpleasant surprises. This was our first experience with Locauto, and everything went very smoothly. Pick-up and drop-off were very quick, the staff were very pleasant, and the value for money was excellent. I think we will rent from Locauto again for our future trips to Italy.

The Pisa aero Porto office is close to the rental centre so very easy to pick up and return. Car was in great condition and worked perfectly during our rental.the staff were excellent and attentive. Will definitely use again when in Italy.

Our experience was great
Our experience was great. Getting the car from the airport was easy and efficient. Returning the car at a different destination was simple thru a dropbox since the office was closed at that time. Overall, the car and rental experience was uneventful, which made it great.
