They were fantastic
They were fantastic. We'd booked with a different company and when we arrived that company tried to scam us for extra cash, so we cancelled and had to find something else at the last minute. Locauto group staff were really kind and helpful, the car was affordable, and basically new. It was all done with no fuss at all, and without needing a deposit. The car was perfect. Drop off was just as easy. Literally no criticisms at all!

Everything was great
Everything was great! We got a modern car which was basically a "better" version of the picture online. There was no problem with the car. When we "checked out" everything was in order and quick.

Salvo at the Pisa airport desk is what made my experience great! I was there for work and I had a problem with another rental company and was left with no car in the middle of summer! Salvo was so friendly and accommodating and took the time to work something out for me and organized a car for me immediately with no hassle! I was so relieved and extremely pleased! 🙏🏼 the rest of the rental experience was very very easy and smooth. Great staff! 👍🏼

From emailing to get a quote and being happy with the value, to arriving at the desk in Pisa and going through the procedure, to collecting the car outside and then to the return everything was easy and straightforward and because this is our experience every year since 2000 and during our 3 or 4 trips per years we will always only use Locauto because they are the best

Great place helped us out when flight was cancelled and didn't charge crazy prices like the others could thank them enough. Easy 5 stars.
