Excellent customer service. I called in to confirm my model number to ensure I was ordering the right safe, call and questions answered promptly and friendly.

Safe is flawless and fit together without any filing, grinding, etc. Finish is perfect.

This is my second safe from this company. I recommend to friends all the time. My experience has been outstanding. Well worth the money.

Ordered the product on June 10th as a Father’s Day gift. The company was advertising a promo code to use for Father’s Day. On June 17th, I reached out because it was after Father’s Day and I still didn’t have a shipping notice. The company said they “oversold the product” and are now 3-4 weeks behind. Today is now July 8th with no safe in sight. My husband is a police officer and was super excited for the gift. The rest of his unit asked him how he liked it and he said “Well, I wouldn’t know because it’s been 4 weeks and there’s no safe in sight.” His friends ended up ordering gun safes from another company.

Good product made in USA by good people

Shipping label was created on 06/06 but sat there for almost 2 weeks before a new shipping label was created & it finally shipped.

We have ordered a locker down safe back in May. We still have not received it as yet.

Took about 15 minutes to install in my 2022 Ram 1500 Limited box is solid and well built. My only concern is there is only one bolt on each end of the lid housing holding entire assembly together so not sure how strong that would be if someone took a pry bar to each end.

Purchase shipping and being correct size

I ordered EXxtreme Console safe 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma LD2047EX on 6/22/24 and received product on 6/28/24. It was very easy to install and to set code on electronic lock. The only problem I had were the two washers that were sent with the product. They were too small. I had to make a quick trip to Home Depot to purchase the correct size washers. Other than that, no other complaints. My Glock 19 does fit inside the console safe when I am not able to carry in certain establishments. I would highly recommend.

I ordered the safe for my vehicle the first week of May and paid by credit card. Lock’er Down has changed my credit card account and has yet to ship me the safe.

Ordered month ago. No product.

I purchased a 2nd extreme console safe when I bought a new vehicle. I’ve been very pleased with both as they are constructed with heavy duty steel and much more secure than the ones the manufacturer sells. The staff are very helpful and since I live in the same area where their business is they installed it for me in about 5 minutes. Great product and customer service!

Was just as expected. I would buy again if needed. Got it in a timely manner, even with being sold out.

Impressed by this company. I placed my order and within a few days I received a call that because the version I wanted had parts on order but, was given a date when it was expected. Not common nowadays for a company to reach out to keep their customer informed. Very much appreciated. Top that off with an outstanding product, well made, and easy to install. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for console security.
