I'm still waiting to get it shippedafter several weeks.

I really like the quality of the product and installation was efficient. Fits perfectly under the seat. The only thing was the communication from them which felt like I had to chase them down for shipping information or tracking when it would be available. They responded well buy email.

All questions were answered prior to ordering.
Replacement lid arrived quickly. Installation was straight forward and fit was perfection.
Highly recommended product and company.

Customer Service - The product combination I ordered was going to be delayed and your agent reached out to us by phone to talk to us live to explain the situation. That was so appreciated! The console safe was very well packaged, was delivered quickly and was simple to install. The product is just as it was described, no disappointments here.

Detailed instructions proper hardware were provided with the lock box. Spring loaded hinge makes opening a breeze. Fit & finish is excellent.

Placed my order in 5-4-24 thinking my item was in stock. Two weeks later I called to follow up,spoke with Jennifer, she advised that it was not built yet. Jennifer said she would follow up, she never did.
Called the company back on 5-27, I think, spoke to someone who said she was an owner. I did not get her name, however she would have Jennifer follow up, never got my call back.
I called back on 5-29-24, now I"m starting to keep track of names and dates. Spoke with Carrie, she checked with Jennifer and advised me that it still will be another 2-3 weeks at best for my vault to be be built.I reveived conflicting reasons of outside vendor issues, which I can understand in todays lousy enviroment in the business world.
So, my main complaint is with the follow up from the employess/owner. I feel they just want to get you off the phone. As of today, I have no idea when I will be receiving my vault

Safe is great quality and the installation was easy enough to complete. There was a delay on the particular lock I selected but the company quickly reached out after ordering to let me know. Great communication and customer service. Won't be my last product I buy from them. Thanks again.

Great customer experience and follow up...
Locker Down representative reached out to me about a delay due to the low inventory of locks. I explained that this was ok because my intension was to use my previous electronic safe lock on the new safe. She offered to include the properly prepped door and by doing so, my order would ship out right away.

Great experience days after order locker down called to confirm the lock set I wanted so there were no mistakes.

I now have bought from Lock’er Down for two trucks in a row. Repeat customer should tell you all you need to know. Fit is perfect, quality is excellent, and customer service is even better!!
