Wow! Charles from Locking Wheel Nut Removal was amazing and has a professional work ethic. My car was supplied with the wrong locking wheel nut ‘key’ so I was stuck and didn’t know what to do. A quick call to Charles and once he arrived the problem was resolved in no time at al, and the old locking wheel nuts were removed and new nuts replaced. Called this company as a last resort having tried and failed to loosen the seriously over tightened anti-theft nuts on all four wheels of my car. Tried the various hacks on YouTube (don’t bother) and broke 3 of the special socket tools, then tried a couple of local garages who didn’t inspire confidence before I found Charles, the local WheelNutRemoval operator. He has proved efficient, effective , cheerful and professional through initial contact, making an appointment then doing the actual removal work. This seemed quite a tough job but the nuts were soon removed without any damage to the (expensive) alloy rims. The fixed fee may seem expensive, but for four wheels is about what a garage would charge, but Charles at least offers “no fix-no fee terms” and does the job on your premises.

Following an attempted removal of my locking wheel nuts by a very large tyre specialist without any success, I was given the contact details of Locking Wheel Nut Removal and following a brief conversation a booking was made for next day. There was a small delay on the agreed day and time of arrival, however I was contacted beforehand with a good explanation for the delay and only 15-20 minutes after arrival the lockers had been removed, even after the reputable tyre specialist had spent nearly 2 hours trying to do the same thing. Overall excellent and would recommend to anybody if they experience the same issue with locking wheel nuts.

Local garages refused to work on my Mercedes CLS as the locking wheel nut key had broken off, as "it's an expensive car". Leaving me with a serious problem as I am pretty much on an island down in Dorset. Thinking it was going to cost a fortune and a Merc main dealer job.

Charles didn't blink when I explained the problem, came down from Newbury to Swanage within 48 hrs. Lovely guy, lots of communication.

Got 3 off quickly, last one was tricky. He tried everything and ended up using a welder on the drive. Warned me there might be some lacquer damage.

He got the last one off with hardly a scratch. Super impressed with the service, speed and quality of the work. Turned up at 6.45pm and left at 7.30 for a 2hr drive home, lad is a grafter.

Even had standard bolts to replace the locking one (I am done with locking wheel nuts now!).
