Have have came back to red house over 6 months ago and have always been really good but tonight who ever was cooking I can’t compliment any more tonight was the best Chinese we’ve ever had 17/4/2026 !

Everything from the duck the sweet-and-sour chicken slices, cantonese chicken was brilliant

but what stud out the most was the salt and pepper chips they was amazing the amount of taste was unbelievable!!

Please keep up this amazing food

The time from ringing the breakdown company to them allocating to a recovery service and them coming to my location, assessing the problem doing the necessary checks and loading the car onto the recovery vehicle transporting to the garage/tyre replacement, unloading finalising more paper work and eventually leaving me was under two hours incredible from start to finish and this was all down to Red House Service Station Recovery a huge thankyou to the driver concerned, would definitely recommend.

Excellent communication and service from start to finish. My car broke down and was passed to then via the breakdown company. I was able to track to recovery van with an ETA (which was earlier than expected). Craig was very friendly and very quickly got my car on the flatbed and took it to my chosen garage, and then took me home. Couldn’t ask for anymore!

After phoning the AA, I quickly received very clear information sent by text explaining who the company were; the name of the driver who was coming to assist; the reg number of their vehicle and what their estimated time of arrival would be.
James was really polite and helpful. He answered all of my queries thoroughly and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was working okay before he left.
Highly recommend.

Bang on service, had a text message to say Red house had been notified about 10 mins later they arrived. The guy (I can't remember his name) was great. I would definately use again.

My breakdown company contacted Red House to assist me, first time I've seen this company & I must say they where brilliant. Kept me informed when they would be with me, took only 30 mins to get to me, there was a text to track where the truck was which was great & the guy who cane to assist was really good, chatty and pleasant, he showed me what he would be checking (battery) got me started in no time. Gave me advice what to have checked. Paperwork sorted & I could get in with the place I needed to be. Being a bank holiday I was expecting a long wait but 30 mins was amazing response. Great breakdown company who I would definitely recommend.

The mechanic came within half an hour and quickly diagnosed the problem so I was able to drive my car again.

He came to my assistance in less than an hour, when I had a flat tyre. That was beyond fixing with a can of foam. He was very compassionate to my 2 dogs . And got all 3 of us home ASAP. Thank you.

Arrived super fast as I was on motorway , easy going driver who patiently waited as I made numerous call to find a place to take my car in, excellent in every way.

Very prompt arrival, constant text updates and a tracker provided to follow the whereabouts of the recovery man. Recovery man himself was extremely helpful, very thorough in inspecting my vehicle and fortunately informed me it was safe to drive. Checked various different things a number of times to be sure. Breakdown was through Adrian Flux insurance who themselves were also very good, a short telephone conversation about the issue, my location and some details about the vehicle and the recovery was then on it way. All done start to finish in a little over 1 hour. Brilliant service from both Adrian Flux and the breakdown company

The help from the receptionist in organising the vehicle to be picked up was excellent and the driver of the recovery vehicle was polite and very helpful

Absolutely fantastic, we had to call them out on a sunday, Andy was with us in less than 30 minutes. He had the problem sorted very quickly and gave excellent explanation and advice. Thank you so much.

Really easy to arrange attendance for my vehicle breakdown via Britannia Rescue. They attended within around an hour and had my car up and running within 5 minutes of attending. Had two breakdowns within 18 months and both times it was this recovery/breakdown company that attended. They were excellent on both occasions, attended quickly, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, then dealt with the issue in a very short space of time. Would really recommend them.

Repair man went out of his way to resolve issue both driving me home and skilfully navigating the long vehicle on my drive. First class.

I was stranded on the M1. It was really stressful and scary. The guy that picked me up was so kind. He made me feel at ease and took me to a train station afterwards so i wasn’t left in a dodgy area. I am so grateful!
