Yanis just came out to me and saved me and got me sorted. I was locked out (my own dopey fault) and I had no keys or wallet on me and I called and within 30 minutes Yanis was here and I'm back inside.

Claim to have 25 to 30 min response. More like 2.5 hours.... poor communication. Unfriendly technician. Shy away from accountability. Unresourcefull. And expensive.

Lisa is an asset.
She came back to me with a sincere apology & mitigation. They refunded me 50% of the fee paid and implimenting procedures to ensure this does not happen all that often.
I am changing my rating purely based on Lisa's service. It must be noted, that the service on the day is still only worth the initial 1 star. Hopefully this does not happen again.

I got locked out of my house and Janis C arrived 45 mins as promised and after I paid online. He worked at the lock that I didn’t have a key for for over an hour trying a few solutions until he got it sorted. Very grateful to him and the great service of this company. Highly recommended

After ringing non stop, eventually, I got a response. Only to be told a tech not available for cars till after 9am! Don’t promote 24/7 service! When it takes nearly 1hr to pick up the phone. Sounded more like a call centre to me, you could hear the phone been diverted twice! Shocking!! You were recommended to us by another lock smith that wasn’t working tonight! Take your 24/7 down!

Hi,we had a great experience, Janis came and fixed our broken lock. He advised us on a better lock system with a 10-year guarantee, especially with little ones in the house. It meant it would be a lot safer and save us money over time. Extremely nice and didn't rush us into any decision. Was all done in 20 mins.

The person in the office I spoke to asked me to send photos in advance of the locksmith arriving, she reviewed the photos and assured me that the Engineer could solve my problem. When the Engineer arrived he reassured me that he could open my safe. As a result I let him start the work. After 30 minutes of huffing and blowing he left my premises. He destroyed my safe and couldn't open it. He eventually admitted that he didn't know what he was doing and apologized. He has caused irreparable damage and I've had to engage another company to try help me.

Requested a call-out from Dialock for a problem with the back door in my home. The lady who responded to my email- Rita- was very professional. Thomas came on the Friday morning as promised, and clearly explained what was needed to fix the problem. Very quick, efficient and friendly service and I would happily use Dialock again in the future. Thank you!

After ringing a couple of “24/7” locksmiths in Dublin still awaiting a call back !! I found this locksmith went on the live chat was sorted with a locksmith within minutes .Janis C arrived on time, explained everything he was doing and had it all sorted within 20 minutes. Excellent Service could not recommend highly enough.

Good service, but not totally upfront about costs. Despite obviously not being a business premises I was given a quote without VAT. Possibly confused and they thought they were operating in New York state.

We lost the house key on a night out tonight. We called these guys and Janis was here within 30 min. Our lock was changed and we could get back into the house 😆 Thank you for a prompt response.

Our key broke in the lock and it was lashing rain. Janis C arrived promptly and was a pleasure to deal with and had us back in the house within a few minutes. Highly recommended

Very quick service, but very costly for spares. If you could organize the spares yourself, I highly recommend this team.

The locksmith absolutely flew it and we got into our house within 5 minutes of janis arriving. He was also extremely friendly and jovial and wished us a happy Christmas

I had a broken lock on the front storm porch. A company came and looked at it, quoted for a replacement lock and then said it was impossible to replace it. I called Dialock and arranged for them to come out the following day (they offered to come immediately but I wasn't at home!). Alec replaced the lock, no problem. The service from the start with the lady answering the phone (sorry, I didn't get her name) to the work being carried out was first class, polite and professional.

Janis turned up quickly and worked for ages to get me back into my house after the latch fell and locked me out. Very polite and helpful.
