I was having second thoughts about using this service because it was my first time but I ordered a controller for less than what it was on Amazon and I got it in about a week . Wonderful service .

I am based in the UK. I bought a PS4 controller for my son. They sent me a faulty PS4 controller and when I reported the issue they sent me an address in New York . The address was wrong and the item was returned after I had paid £18.
I should have done my research on the outfit before giving them my money.
I hope someone in the US reports them to the FEDs.

Avoid! Bought DualShock 4 wireless controller for Christmas gift. Was wrong one so asked to return. No reply to three emails. Eventually after getting a bit more impatient with my language they sent a short “send it back” message.
Paid for Express DHL shipping. There was no one available to receive parcel and despite repeatedly emailing them to ask them to contact DHL to arrange a time for delivery they ignored and the parcel was returned and I was charged a fee.
Numerous angry emails from me have gone unanswered.
Theft! Pure and simple. Took my money and have no interest in responding.
Have contacted police as I’m not accepting this. I can’t imagine anything will be done, though.
Only have one star as no stars isn’t an option.

Ordered a cammo Ps4 controller for my son's birthday, the controller broke after 2 days, I contacted loco wireless who told me to return the controller and they would reimburse the postage costs, to return the item cost £18 to ensure that the item was covered by the correct insurance, they said they would only reimbursement 'standard shipping' of £7 eventhough that would not cover the cost of the controller should it be lost, after alot of emails back and forth, with even me sending them their returns policy where it states they will reimburse postage costs (no limit is mentioned) I sent the controller back as they agreed to send a replacement once I sent proof of return. Once this had been sent I received an email to say that the controller had been refunded (even though it had been agreed that it would be replaced) but no reimbursement of the postage. I have been emailing regarding the postage costs and every email has been ignored. So avoid, avoid, avoid unless you have money to lose.

Good! Customer service could be a bit better but the products are perfect!

I returned it to be refunded and the company have completely ignored my emails. Terrible service. I do not recommend

Controllers are not genuine either

Purchased 2 Switch Pro Controllers via a US website. Credit card alert from fraud department said China. Product hadn't arrived after 4 weeks. Was told another would be shipped. Arrived 10 days later, but only 1 item and not the 2 that were ordered. Have asked for refund but was ignored and told another being sent...Still waiting. Company need to be honest about where product is being purchased from. I now don't believe the product is genuine.

Items themselves were great; well packed and secure.
Delivery, however, was another matter. The parcel somehow ended up at my ex-husband's home, despite being addressed correctly with my home address.
