After shopping for many many years online with loco skates and receiving fantastic advice I decided to take the three hour road trip to the physical store today and it did not disappoint. I obviously had to treat myself to some skates and again the customer service was fantastic.

It was at least 25 years since I last rollerbladed and I wanted to get back into it. Anticipated sizing problems by mail order but was reassured by your returns policy. (Learned of LocoSkates from a skater on the street). Watched your vids and believed what you said about FRX80 skates. Got a size bigger than my usual shoe (on your say so).
Delivered promptly, well packed, good fit. First try out I thought the tongue could be bigger and felt some discomfort but on subsequent uses have proved fine for over an hour each time. I am now totally satisfied.

Just a really great shop run by people who are clearly passionate about inline skating. Definitely one of the best places in the world for buying skates and related equipment.

Great shop, great people, and super friendly you always feel welcomed when you walk in. The team are genuinely passionate about helping you find the right skates. I was in there for about 4 hours chatting with them and trying things out, and they never rushed me once.

It was super useful to watch the video which explained why it is so hard to choose a pair of skates eased me into the options and the way the information was provided on the website helped to narrow down my search. i was grateful to have learned that i need to buy one size larger, that i need shock absorbtion and that i could add a break into the basket if my chosen model did not come with a break straight away. over all i am grateful that the purchase worked as i kept delaying the decision for three years!!

I ordered FRX 310’s for my son. I got a great price and received them very fast and in great shape. I’ll come here first when his feet grow.

Regarding the skates, he loves them. He has very wide feet, so these actually accommodate his foot shape better than some of his previous ones.
We primarily go trail or fitness skating. I am having to put in a lot more effort to keep up with him. The larger wheel base is giving him more distance with less effort.

Excellent quality products, great website and swift delivery, my only slight gripe is that my wife's skates were missing an alan key but other than that great service.
