Communication was poor
Communication was poor. For an online company emails need to be responded to clearly and within 1 business day. Your responses were 1 week or more and not addressing questions posed. It appeared like poor AI. You initial response after payment was good. Your response after damage product was fantastic - w/ exception it was delayed and very cryptic on next steps. In a few weeks a new mattress showed up at door and we had no knowledge of it even being shipped.
That communication trend continued when returning damaged mattress. I tried the online phone number and stayed in queue for over half hour and gave up. Pathetic
Communication and transparency leaves much to be desired.
On the positive side, the mattress seems great, the price seems more than competitive and the eventual resolution of the damaged item was good.

Pinnacle mattress Logan & Cove
I bought a Pinnacle mattress from Logan & Cove in August (2025). I love my mattress! - the best sleep i have ever had - and my senior cat loves it as well. I can't recommend this Canadian company any more highly. I would buy again in a heart beat. I also got the comfort sleep bundle and and extra mattress cover. I am extremely satisfied with all products.

Pillows? Stay Away--Do not Buy
The pillow is cheaply made (chipped up foam, over-stuffed into pillow casing). The return policy his highly misleading--it is not risk-free; they don't take the pillow back. In order to receive a refund, you must give them photographic proof you've dropped the pillows off at a charitable organization. Only then will they process your refund. Many charities do not accept pillows and bedding for hygienic reasons. L&C do not give you any information on charities in your area that accept pillows. If this company really stands behind their product, they should accept the unwanted pillows back and make their own arrangements to give them to charity.

We’re sorry to hear that our pillow didn’t meet your expectations. The shredded memory foam fill is designed to be added or removed so you can customize the loft to your preference, but we understand it may not be the right fit for everyone.
Regarding returns, you're correct that pillows can’t be sent back to us directly for health and safety reasons. Instead, we ask that they be donated so they can go to someone in need rather than ending up in a landfill, which is the same as our mattress trial return process. That said, we hear your concerns about this process and how it can sometimes be difficult to navigate.
