I have just completed paying my loan, It was over 18 months..
As we are all aware things can change in that time, yes..! they did for me. It become more difficult for me financially and I really needed help.

Andrew at logbook loans didn't let me down, he was amazing and very understanding. Due to his help, I was able to pay back my loan without a blemish against me.

You are a credit to the company and the customers that use it. Big thank you I couldn't have gotten through this without your help and support.

Came to rescue when needed funds quickly following a spell of homelessness, quick service and funds recieved quickly. Super company to do service with and would highly recommend. Yes interest is high but I suppose your paying as nobody else would help. Paid off loan early as now in better financial position but without help from them at start i wouldn't be where i am,Fantastic

This is not the first time iv used this company they are very professional and act promptly it getting you the loan paid out the same day. The management team are brilliant and will always been there to help should you need it. Brilliant company 5 star

Expensive but then these types of loans always are. Had no problems at all over the 18 months and they changed my weekly payments to monthly to make it easier for me to manage. Only gripe I've got is that its nearly impossible to get through to customer support on the phone. I eventually went through new sales who then got someone from customer support to call me back. I'm not really a fan of leaving messages on company voicemails.

The initial process to take out the loan was pretty simple and I had the money in no time. Don't be fooled by the same day money blurb though, this is the same day you have your car inspected and hand over the documents, not the day you apply.

Another small gripe is lack of communication from them. My loan finished a couple weeks ago and I had no communication from them telling me it was paid off (and that I had overpaid a bit), when I'd get my V5 back, etc. They would benefit from sending out annual statements or having an online portal to access your payment history (if they do have one I never found out about it).

Overall not bad.

Leo and firoz especially good at there jobs. Always there to support you even if things go wrong. Would highly recommend.

Fast, efficient and professional. The whole process involved only 3 phone calls and a meeting to sign the final agreement. From the initial call from them I was paid in only 5 hours. Each of the 3 people I had contact with were concise, friendly and approachable, answering my questions fully.
