William has an excellent ability to explain both practical and theoretical aspects of plumbing in a clear and professional manner. His knowledge of the trade is exceptional, and he always takes the time to ensure that every student understands the subject before moving on.

Let down by sales staff
Had a great experience here as the past few years coming here glen and edd amazing , was massively let down by the rude pushy sales staff which has caused me to book other courses in a different company which I find a massive shame as again the teaching staff are amazing.

Family health emergency and only reimbursed 58% of payment. Terrible.
If no stars I would give. Did first week of essential skills and 4 x pairs. Not enough equipment to go round and waiting for others to use the one tool available.
More concerning was I had a family emergency to attend to which meant I could not continue with the course. I paid in good faith £9500 for the course, and was reimbursed only £5500. £8500 would have been fairer. They only want your money, avoid.

Further to our telephone conversation, our terms state that refunds aren’t due once training begins. Due to your family emergency, and since you have already started your training, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered a partial refund with the option for you to still return to undertake the plumbing course or use the credit towards other courses at a suitable time.
We understand that it can be hard when emergencies arise, but we acted compassionately within policy. We’re happy to discuss this further privately.

Great Gas course with Jeremy as our main trainer and Simon and Jerry as well . Great learning and put through real world scenarios. The course was well structured and delivered. Highly reccomend coming here if you want to be a Gas Engineer with real scenarios.
