I was originally referred to…
I was originally referred to Logic4training many years ago by someone who had a very positive opinion of the company. That recommendation was the only reason I initially chose to book courses with them, so I went into my dealings with them expecting a professional and positive experience.
Unfortunately, my own experience has been anything but that.
My first bad experience with Logic4training was many years ago. I attended intending to progress onto a qualification course and was required to sit an assessment. If my memory serves me correctly, it consisted of around 40 questions and I got just ONE question wrong. Despite getting approximately 39 out of 40 correct, I was told I had failed and would not be allowed to progress onto the course.
What made the situation particularly frustrating was that I had not understood beforehand that this assessment would determine whether I would be permitted to continue. To effectively be turned away after getting, from memory, 39 out of 40 questions correct left an extremely bad impression of the company and the way the process was handled.
Despite that experience, because Logic4training had originally been recommended to me, I eventually decided to give them another chance. I now regret doing so.
My more recent experience has completely destroyed whatever confidence I had left in this company. Based on the information I was given, what I subsequently discovered about the course requirements, and the way my concerns have been dealt with, I would not under any circumstances choose to do business with Logic4training again.
I also find the overwhelmingly positive reviews very difficult to reconcile with my own repeated experiences. I obviously cannot know how individual reviews were produced, but these guys genuinely give me the impression that they are either writing some of their own reviews or incentivising students in some fashion. That is my personal suspicion and not something I can prove. Nevertheless, having dealt with the company on more than one occasion, I find the contrast between my experiences and the picture presented by many of the reviews remarkable.
If you're considering spending a significant amount of money on training here, I strongly recommend doing your own research. Get the prerequisites, eligibility requirements and any pre-course assessments confirmed in writing before paying them anything. Do not simply rely on what you are told over the telephone.
I originally came to this company because of a recommendation. After my experiences with them, I certainly wouldn't be passing that recommendation on.

Gas Apprenticeship with Will
Will has made my LCL Level 2 Plumbing course a breeze. He is extremely knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate, skills that every great leader needs. He has assisted my learning right from the beginning, taking me from bare knowledgeable to competent in undertaking plumbing works. Every time I ran into an issue he was more than happy to help, guiding me rather than doing it for me, giving me the ability to think for myself as I would do in the field. I have nothing but great things to say for him, he is highly efficient, straight to the point and effective in his teaching methods; never once did I ever feel like I was stuck due to the amazing insights he would provide. When I arrived I was a bit wary as there are a lot of tutors who don’t necessarily care for their students but will is nothing of the sort, whenever there were issues I ran into both academically and personally, he has always lent a helping hand where possible. If you get William Coulson as a tutor, you’re in great hands and you will pass your diploma with flying colours due to his teaching methods and knowledge.
I can’t thank Will enough for pushing my career in the right direction, if I had to do this course again I would 100% come back and recommend others to do the course.

Pat,city and guilds 2377. I had done a day course and passed with plugtest. To open up as a business it seems insurance company's won't except reports without city and guilds. Legally you can test on a competence certificate
I phoned up and my first question was is this for electricians I was told no which legally is correct.
But in logic 4 advertising it stated firstly for electricians.
There are three day courses if you have no electrical knowledge which I should have been advised on.
You get one day to study it's not enough. In the class we had a trainee sparks a gas engineer and an engineer they all passed.
Three of us failed that's fifty percent of the class.
I tried a resit I got 70 first time I got 76.
Strange questions come up on fixed luminaries IP ratings.
One you won't pat test fixed lighting ,two it's open book but information is spread all over the place it's not clear in the index.
I felt out of my depth taking a resit you soon realise you won't pass.
My experience wasn't good I don't feel this course was for me.
Based on the plugtest day course I thought this was expensive and the resit is highly priced on national average.
We had a group of six one pat test unit was brought out. Very poor .
Plugtest issued a unit each. .
The staff are all friendly and it's a nice venue but I don't feel the course was worth the money .
I have complained to city and guilds over the content of the course. It's throwing in questions about things that aren't involved in what you will actually do.
With such short time what do you study it doesn't focus on a particular area . Get the i.e.t code of conduct look for gs38 see how fast you can find the information . Or info on twin pole testers. It's my opinion but if your not an electrican don't take this course.

Excellent facilities for electrical training in Northolt. Equally great if not better was my teacher and assessor Sasa Cvetkovic.
This guy simply knows how to pass on the knowledge and the skills. The learning is a combination of banter , online exams and skills demonstration from my teacher that I have never seen before. I could not be more happy with my time at Logic-Northolt. Highly recommend!!! 10 Stars out of 5!!!

Have used Logic 4 training in the past…
Have used Logic 4 training in the past for qualifications assessment. This time it was for ACS reassessment. As normal, parking excellent. Facilities such as canteen and toilets kept clean throughout the day by the cleaning staff members. Actual lecturers/ examiners provided clear, precise recap on relevant topics making sure that updated regulations and Technical bulletins where covered before the assessments.
The atmosphere provided was professional,relaxed and supportive. Thanks go out to Phil, Maggie,Rich, Wayne, Simon and Ian, for making the 5 year reassessment procedure go as smoothly as it did.
