Delight to work with!

Logiscenter (specifically Nicole) have been a delight to work with. We had an urgent project that we needed to source items for and she was extremely attentive to our needs as well as keeping us informed of any issues along the way. Would highly recommend.

Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service, emails ignored. Have been due a refund of a large sum of money since August and I am being told by the staff member I have been dealing with this whole time (listed as account manager) that she cannot assist me and I must email customer services-who ignore emails. I would warn those to be very weary of this company. Still awaiting my refund or any acknowledgment.

A really poor company to deal with

A really poor company to deal with. Do not honour commitments. Do not reply to emails. I actually lost money in an attempted purchase with them after they failed to supply the original item from their website and then also the alternative they offered.

Company name Johnstons Breakfast&Milk Supplies

Ibought a unitech sp 320 printerand the paper rolls to go with it but it has never worked once Shane Murphy has got me to phone the far east holland send emails to the tech team all without a reply i have emailed Shane lots of times phoned him also and now i am being told that because i did not return it within 2 weeks i have no comeback So my next move will be a solictior

Thought it was a scam

Was worried it was a scam because I heard nothing for weeks and had to chase to get anywhere. When I finally got a response there was no apology or explanation of what went wrong, he barely even responded to any of my concerns. It's been almost a month and I only just got the tracking today.

Excellent customer service

I ordered a printer for our POS connected with Shopify. After my order on-line I received a call helps me to confirm that I choose a machine with the right parameters. The printer came very soon and it works perfectly. I highly recommend.
