Horrible company. Don't use.

Company was hire to build our
E-commerce Jewelry website ( Tickle Gem). The required AUD$1000 was paid up front and we're then past on from one project manager to another
(Kevin Reed, Gabriel Brown, Emily Jones), each who abandon the project without giving us notice.

By the 8th month into unfinished 50% of the site being finished thru Mr Gabriel Brown, he requested an additional AUD$1000, which we paid, just to learned from our last point of contact ( Emily Jones) all those project managers were replace as the company was restructuring.

13 months into the incompletion of the project, Mrs Emily requester our trust and faith, she would personally take the account on board and finished it.

Multiples attempts have been made to reach the company, and Mrs Emily since my returned to the USA, all in vane.

I just want to pleat with this company to please returned our logo design files and the coding for what was done, which we never received.

We are hiring a new company to complete the project and without this information, we're facing a full charge to build a new website from the start.

Can't get any worse. Complete fraudsters. They take your money, create a domain and website (just a template though, you do all the work) off of GoDaddy, then just keep demanding more and more money and shutting down your website until you've paid thousands. The demands for "new" things you'll suddenly need to pay for never ends. They even invent laws etc... saying you have to comply with them. Can't believe they haven't been stopped.

They did my logo in 2017, but i never got any invoice, so i asked for it in 2019, but i was told by Customer online Chatting thing that my account was closed off and i have to pay $150 to activate my account in order to receive the invoice that i should have received ages ago!

Scam. Rip Off. I paid $90 for them to complete the job which was not completed anyway and when I asked for the files to be sent again, they are asking me to pay $200 extra just to retrieve the files !!!!

SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I am being extorted for more money from this company, not only did they deliver an unfinished website which they are holding all of my back end credentials so that I can’t move my website to a different company to try and save. They keep telling me I need to pay them more money if I want my credentials. I have sadly already spent literally thousands with them. I wish I had done my research. It is clear that I’m not the only one who has been scammed by these people and my story is so similar to everyone else’s who has written a review!!!!

They are liars. All of the good reviews that you see on this page are from employees from the company trust me. I have so much to say but I'm going to keep it brief. The bottom line is DO NOT do business with them unless you want to end up in my situation. Basically I have been trying to get a logo from them since February 2019. It's now August. Kept giving me the run around and asking for more money after I had paid and they just keep asking for more money. They know how to run good game to make you believe in them. Don't fall for it. I think they are based either in Australia or Cali but either way once you pay they don't care. And plus their designs sucks. It's honestly something that anyone can make but I figured since I already paid then why not. I called them out multiple times, I even wrote a bad review before which they convinced me to take down and here we are again lol. Don't do it.

Worse service possible. A scam artist and everything is with additional cost. Asking for additional money for unfinished product. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I bet all the 5 stars are fake comments for sure.

I have used Logo Sensation twice now and have been happy with the results both times. They are a budget logo maker but will produce something you can be very happy with.

The second time i used them i mostly spoke to Maria, who was very helpful. outline what you need to them and they will provide.

Extremely bad experience, they will call you when they need money, after that, the let you run on circles by not responding to you emails and calls. A guy name by Dwayne and a lady by the name of Emily seems to be the managers. they will speak to you rudely by saying the amount you paid is not enough and we need to pay additional to get this completed.
the other trick they do is by asking you to send emails of their questionnaire again and again when they don't meet the deadline. they also will keep on changing their contact person to frustrate you on the development.

Great job done by you guys, Heads off to your technical expertise and creativity, i will get back soon with some other work....Highly recommended website and logo builder...

Professional Scam Artists. Never dealt with worse. Will make up anything to try to squeeze as much money out of you as they can, will use any tactics, legal and illegal, and won't stop until you pay for legal help to represent you.

Seriously people, read the reports. I wish I had. It’s cost me so much money and now all I have is a broken website and 90 days of broken promises.

Warning, they are Not in Australia nor USA, they are in Middle East posing as a reputable company.

They will break your website deliberately, then ask you to pay an additional $500 to fix it.

Read the reviews for theprodesigners.com.au as this is just one of the many companies that they go by. Same frauds, different name.

I have also taken them to Accc and the Police. This is little help as the company is registers as a sole trader in Perth.

Just read and learn from other hard working, honest people mistakes. Do Not make the same mistake yourself.

It has now cost me $1200 to learn from this mistake myself, and hopefully I can warn people like “you” to not make the same mistake.

I ask All of the previous disheartened and disgruntled customers to spend the time and spread the message (there is already whom have done) it might just be sufficient in them being shut down by the relevant governing bodies.

listen to the past bad revives, don't be fooled by there professional looking web page! I asked for a quot on building me a web page, and as i signed up and paid the money they told me it is a misunderstanding and that it was not a quote. And if i pay additional $600.- to the $450.- i had already paid they will give me all the features I asked for in the quote! lucky i did not pay the $600.-!
They then send me a pre-fabricated web page something you would get at wix.com and they though tats it. Fast forward 3 month, and lots of e-mails to get my money back i still don't have a web page and can not afford to get somebody to build me one as they do not adhere to their advertisement of 100% money back guaranty. Don't be foold if you go and look on their web page they have actually now changes there adds and changed it to 100% satisfaction guaranties. Their answer, to me telling them to give me my money back is and i quote: Why should we give you your money back if we are willing to work with you and finish the project"
I have now taken the madder to the Australian ombudsman, and have contact the police.

They called me back today after ripping me off last year to say they will fix the problem and get my site up and running IF I give them a good review W.T.F, pure cheek!!!! They then asked me for another $500 to get the site up and running and this was for maintenance.. They have already had $1200 of my money and getting nothing that was promised. I wrote this off as a hard lesson learnt but the cheek of them to come back 6 months later and ask for more money to fix is unbelievable. STAY AWAY AND DONT BELEIVE THE GOOD REVIEWS.......

';'/WARNIG DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH LOGO SENSATION THEY ARE FRAUD THIEVING BURGLARS I am small business owner as I need a new Website Logosensation contacted me and offer half price $200 offer to revamp my website, I gave my VISA card they took $ 250 instead They convinced me to get Logo design for extra $150 I paid. and they never deliver anything and said if I pay further $150 for hosting then the deliver my project I lost $600 no web sites no Logos no Hosting THEY ABSOLUTLY K/ILLED MY BUSINESS This is fraudulent operators burned so many people with their lie deception practise I have contacted Melbourne Police with the help of our authorities to take legal action.
And won I got all my money back to Logo Sensation go to hell you crooks

I worked with Gabriel. Brown in the design of my Logo. I found Gabriel to be an excellent and personable representative. He turned around my work in a very prompt manner. He was always available for discussion and the output was excellent.I found the whole engagement to be an excellent experience.
