Logo Sensation 

Update:
Brian called and came through with the Logo. They did everything that they were supposed to do and the end product was very nice. Would've had five stars if I wouldn't have had to go through the initial slip up.

I ordered a logo design from them on 2/12/2019. Went through a long question and answer with the Representative online and was told I'd have a few designs in a couple days. 2/14 - received an email from Brian O'Neil, account manager, stating that I hadn't completed the initial paperwork. Same questions I answered with the Rep. I did so again, and again was told I'd have a few designs in a couple days. Eight days later, no design. Call the company, rep says that Brian is out and would return my call in 20min and send my designs that he sees are there. No designs and no call. Asking for full refund...lets see if it happens. Would not recommend to anyone.

They just took your money again and again without letting you know and never complete work what we want.
Worst customer service i have ever experienced.
They don't have enough knowledge of website.
Never ever contact them for anything.

Absolute rubbish business. They take money from clients without actually producing professional quality work (if any at all) and will not provide refunds.

Stay away from this business.

DON'T DEAL WITH THEM - THEY ARE BRUTES AND THIEVES
I ordered a redesign of my website at Logo Sensation Australia. They debited me immediately and here we started!
After 1 month of useless conversations during which they tried to upsell me with different things - SEO, Video, etc. - I asked for my money back.
The main reason was the following: they didn't do ANYTHING during this month, they didn't listen for my wishes and comments and, finally, started blaming me for NOT ACCEPTING THERE OUTSTANDING DESIGN!!!!
Immediately after I asked for my money back, they stopped communicating with me. Rear answers via chat that "Tomorrow you'll receive an email, Till the end of the day we'll sort it out, etc...."
Then they stopped answering me via chat, then emails, then phones! I had to chase them through the USA and still, after 2 months, I can receive my money back!
I ordered redesign at the middle of August, not it the middle of October - the "process is still on"!!!!
Guys, if you really want your job done - NEVER deal with these crooks! Find real professionals and honest people!

Don't go anywhere near Logo Sensations. I paid them to build 2 sites for us and that has been my worst decision this past decade!

Good customer service, with prompt follow up and willingness to change designs, but quality of designs for logos was not what was expected. Quality of designs needs to be far better

Great service - sometimes responses took a little while, but otherwise, great. Very happy with product.

I enquired about a website build with Logo Sensation and they provided example websites of a similar nature they claimed they built, "from beginning to the end of the project". I contacted all 3 of the businesses, all advised they WERE NOT built by Logo Sensation. I informed the sales rep Paul of this and they have not responded to me since.

We received a logo that was acceptable after one or two revisions. I took a star off because I thought we were going through to an Australian company because it was a .com.au. We paid via Visa, and as the company is overseas, we where charged a 3% surcharge on the credit card. The time difference also made a slight impact - but overall was a decent service but I question the self inventiveness of the designers and would like to see more variations in the initial drafts -

What an amazing service. From start to finish the communication and work I received was spot on. I thought organising something like this over the internet with no face-to-face contact might be a problem, but proved it was not a problem at all. Would use this service again and recommend others to as well.

horrible experience, a complete nightmare to deal with, could not follow the job spec or even to produce some average design. when we pulled the job from them and asked for a refund, they stopped responding our calls and emails. complete fake names and the director owns multiple logo design company all under one ABN.

I would proceed with caution dealing with this company, stay away from these guys.
