Super easy shopping experience. As a new business owner I was looking for a place that I could take my logo and have apparel customized. Having a super tight budget I found plenty of options that fit the bill and I have plans to come back and buy more items once the business gets rolling. Products arrived in 10 days and the support team was helpful in making sure I was happy with the proofs.

The ordering process was exceptionally easy except deciding what hat to put the logo on since there were so many choices! Production was pretty fast and the hats came out very good. I was surprised how well the embroidery came out. Thank you for a great experience.

Overall, the order experience was okay. I was able to easily add additional items to my order. The problem is the color sheet for my logo. While it looked correct digitally, and the proofs look correct digitally, when I received all the product, the logo was way too yellow. I'm currently working with a logosportswear customer service representative to see what we can do about getting this resolved.

They redid my entire order with the new color that was required.
No hassle, no stress, they just redid the entire order.
And my customer service rep, Debra was just fantastic.

Waited weeks to advise me it was not in stock.
Ordered a custom hoodie in advance for christmas and paid for it to be there on time. They let me know the day it was supposed to arrive that they did not have it in stock. I am unsure why they waited weeks to let me know.

I sent them my artwork, they made a template, I asked for a tweak, I got what I ordered. As I intend to order more items with the same logo, the setup fee seems reasonable. Easy.
