Item not delivered and no refund provided
I placed an order on 25 February 2026 and paid €127.97 via iDEAL. I cancelled the order within a few hours.
Despite this, the webshop continued to claim the order was being processed. After several weeks, they confirmed that the item is out of stock and cannot be delivered.
However, they refuse to issue a refund and only offer a replacement item or a discount code. Even after multiple requests, they continue to repeat the same responses and avoid refunding the payment.
Very disappointing experience. I would advise others to be very cautious when ordering from this webshop.
UPDATE: After external intervention, the payment has now been refunded. However, this only happened after a prolonged process and multiple requests.
