Worst shop ever / keep your distances of chineses'shops / don't be fouled by the shop's name /
I order and paid 2 shirts on 14th of May / I got my articles only 2 months later (much too late) / It appear to be a totally different quality and look + they arrived completely crumpled in old plastics' bags.
I directly contacted them and got a reply with the proposition keep the goods, to receive 5 euro and a reduction of 5% on a next order. I refused and in order to get my money back I had to send de cloths back to and address in China? I went to the post office paid to resend everything to the factory? ( max 2 week according the post office) / then I informed Lois Amsterdam again and show them the proof that the package was sent back according to their requirements. They replied that I will be reimbursed as soon as the package arrive at the factory and correspond to the order sent initially.
That's almost 2 months. I lost my money and waste my time / I recommend to spread the word / Don't by anything in China.
This is the worst shop ever
This is the worst shop ever! What they send you has nothing to do with the pictures online! Terrible, cheap quality. Don’t buy there!
Crooks in clothing Lois Amsterdam
I bought clothes through this site thinking it was cotton / wool clothing from a store in amsterdam. When I received the clothing it was synthetic from a Chinese firm. I contacted them with difficulty. They offered money back if i would send the clothing back to china on my cost. However the factory refused the package in china and now months later i am left with horrible quality clothes, an extra 40 euro payed for return post and a huge amount of frustration at being cheated so badly. Never buy from this company! They're very active on social media.
No woolen vest
We ordered a woolen vest and got a very thin cotton vest not looking at what we ordered in any way. Asking to sent back the goods I got the answer to receive 5% reduction on my next purchase or to "give the goods away as a present". Insisting for a return address I got Jinhua City in China.
A scam company! Stay away!!!
This is the most terrible company and products. I ordered the COTTON literary dress in 3 colors. Every dress I got was a super thin, cheap POLYESTER dress, coming from China. Each was worth no more than €1.00. I emailed the company multiple times to give them an opportunity to correct this, but they insisted I had to pay to send back POLYESTER dresses to China which I never ordered and they haven't refunded me to date - that was weeks ago. Total scam!!! Do not buy from this company. I am reporting them to the NL Consumer Reporting Agency ACM. Lois Amsterdam is a total scam.
It’s a scam
It’s a scam. It was a big mistake not to check the registered address before ordering. Order never arrived, customer service not communicating.
Completely unreliable
Completely unreliable. Product did not match the presented image on the site, nor in quality, value or resemblance. Return policy unclear, cannot be sent back to where is was delivered from (Belgian warehouse), but needed to be returned to China (and the seller advise to lower the value…). Standard cost to China 74 euro. They do have a customer service in NL, but they only reply with standard responses. Result, two shirts not even worth to dust with, over 100 euro's lost and a pile of mails, calls and frustrations. Available for more info if needed.
Feels like a scam
My wife ordered a dress online. It took one month to be delivered. There was no information. The dress, when it finally arrived, was flimsy and of very poor quality, nothing like the fine looking dress in the photo online. The company says returns are possible but at customer's expense. That would be as much as the value of the dress so we have not returned it. Feels like a scam. I would definitely never buy anything from them again.
Very poor quality
Very poor quality. In reality it is nothing compared to the pictures on the site. I ordered 2 men's shirts which looked very chic on the site (probably made of cotton) but the shirts I received are obviously made of polyester and look cheap cheap worth not more than a couple of euros (not the 45 euros I paid).
Apart from that the service was good although it took a rather long time before the shirts arrived.
I should have consulted the reviews before ordering. I learnt mu lesson.
Everything went wrong
everything went wrong. They were not helpful at all and the answers were automatic answers. They just want to sell without looking at customer satisfaction. The dress quality was terrible and it took a month and a half to get here. When we wanted a refund they said they would only refund up to 5% but if we wanted to return it, it would be our responsibility to pay for everything. The return address was somewhere in China and it cost over 70 euros to ship. It is a SCAM so run for your life.
Don't order
Hi,
"I ordered a dress for a special occasion, but it never arrived. I later saw that it was still in the store. I emailed customer service, saying, 'It’s a week past the expected delivery date, and I no longer need it since my event has passed. I never got to wear my new dress.'
Three weeks later, the order finally arrived, but I refused the package and told the postman to return it. Now, eight months have passed, and Loïs Amsterdam still refuses to refund me!"
So I paid 50€ for a dress. I have lost 50€ and don't even have the dress.
A scam. Poor quality not in line with pictures
Pictures on line are NOT AT ALL what is sold. Extremely poor quality. Goods need to be returned to China. The whole set up is based on selling shitty quality at a far too expensive price. Once you get the goods, most people want to return them and realise it will be too expensive. You are then offered 15 percent of your goods value and encouraged to keep them. This is their business model.
Is a big scam
Is a big scam. The products don’t look anything like the picture. On the label it was written that is high quality cotton, on the labels 100% polyester. They are coming from China and you need to return them to China and pay a lot for return.
Scum - Uitschot Firma
This company can only improve 'for the suckers who fall for this'by closing his self down.
This is pure fraud. It is a disgrace that no action is taken against this scum.
Deze firma is pure oplichterij mede mogelijk gemaakt door Facebook.
It's a scam.
It's a scam.
I bought a blouse for my wife and 3 weeks later I got something of terrible quality and also completely different colors than the photo.
I have no words to express my outrage!
I have no words to express my outrage! It's a shame I didn't read the comments before ordering. This fake company must be stopped! I waited two weeks for my order which was for my birthday.
, came much later, when I received a polyester semblance of a coat, as thin as a napkin! I wanted to return the product immediately, it turned out that I came across a Chinese product presenting itself as a famous brand from Amsterdam! To return the order to China will cost me more than the price of this rag! I will appeal where necessary, hopefully someone will pay attention so that other people don't get disappointed like me :(
Complete SCAM
Complete scam! Do not buy anything from this Chinese brand. I got fooled by the website and the name, didn’t even bother checking the company before and ended up receiving a nylon sweater and a nylon skirt which are also not the correct size, or even has a tag or anything. It looks like it’s all been knitted, all handmade, but by a blind person.
SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT! This is a person pretending to be a local Dutch company when the products are cheap and nasty and from China. You pay too much for them and then to get a refund they ask you to return it to China, and pay the full postage yourself! Avoid at all costs, a HUGE SCAM!
I would give them ZERO stars if I could!
I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Total scam - rubbish, poor quality clothing which I tried to return - which has to be sent back to China (!) and it is clear that I will not get my money back. Do not buy from them.
