unilateral booking changes by airliner (3 weeks before confirmed booking) but poor processing not corresponding airliners proposal.
Contact communication problems and issues to avoid contact (email must come from booking email side while all involved persons were always in cc). Refusal of refund

Best price and site is easy to use. It would be helpful to have a section for requests to the hotel

Worst customer service ever.
I purchased tickets to copenhagen and by mistake I mistyped one letter in my son's name .
I promptly send an email and they refuse to help me to modify one letter .
They keep stating that I need to contact KLM agency to correct the letter . therefore KLM agency said that we need to contact lol travel as they are the agents .
Will not use your service again watch out do not trust them
Of course was done with a charge of 55 euro disaster

I just booked an hotel for 2 weeks with zenhotels.
At the end of the booking process, I received a voucher with the terms and conditions with this hotel. It mentioned that the rate is applicable only for honeymooners, otherwise I will have to pay the full rate.
During the reservation process, no information has been displayed on this condition.
It's a scam

All was easy but best of all, the price was fantastic compared to other online prices for same hotel. I only wish they showed more than one photo. Would use them again without hesitation.

Able to book a same hotel with a better price from lol.travel.

We use kayak which is the main host for travel bargains hunting. We were directed to loltravel and bought 4 tickets to osaka. To our horror, the reference PNR is not able to check in. We have to make a trip to the airport to do a manual check in a day before the travel. The pnone number provided only get a computer response and always busy with no one available to answer any query thus wasted our overseas call. Wrote an email and worse, replied was in some funny language that we don’t understand. Our opinion is avoid this site at all costs

Definitely the worst place to buy your tickets from. Advertising one price at the website then appears more expensive on the checkout. Not trustworthy.

I would like to share my negative experience with the travel agency lol.travel. It was my first time using their services, purchasing tickets with a flexible option and the ability to cancel. Of course, I had to pay extra for this flexibility.

However, when the need arose to change the departure date, I was met with unexpected and unfair conditions. I was informed that I needed to pay an additional 55 euros for service fees to make the transfer, and the new ticket price suddenly doubled the original cost. Attempting to cancel the flight also ended in failure.

At the time of my inquiry, I had three weeks until the supposed departure date, and despite timely attempts to resolve the issue, I faced refusal. The flight was not canceled, but I never received my money back for the tickets.

I can confidently say that my experience with lol.travel left a sour taste. Their actions seem extremely dishonest, and I was left without my money and the ability to use the purchased services. I recommend being cautious when choosing this company, as their practices closely resemble fraudulent behavior.

I already have given my review about loltravel. I am again reviewing just to save others from their traps. Its better to avoid them. I already got trapped in. Don’t want anyone to get trapped in. Thanks. I am not from any other travel agency. I can also share my own PNR number. Thanks.

Avoid at all cost or it will cost you!! Was due to travel to Turkey on Sunday three weeks ago, flight was cancelled on Saturday due to adverse weather conditions. Contacted lol travel to change my tickets. They told me my new tickets had been emailed to me(still waiting for them to this day) and charged me 55€ for that "favour". Tried to contact them by phone and email, couldn't get through to anyone. Eventually heard back from them on Monday afternoon when my rebooked flight was on Monday morning. They're now saying I'm only eligible for a 25% refund, and they'd charge me another 55€ handling fee.
Those people are crooks, clowns, not there to help their customers. Disgusting!!!!

I buy a flight ticket in Lol and i haven't y received m'y confirmation ticket so i call the following number +39 0541752532 and the person i had on phone was not helpfull and she did not give any explication because i am not a Travel agency

This agency or this office, call it whatever you want, does not deserve even one star, so how can they give it more? Because when you book accommodation with them or through them in a hotel, they decorate this hotel for you and do not mention to you its disadvantages. For example, they do not tell you that this hotel is at night, and when you want to sleep, the hot water pipes start disconnecting. Or air heating devices, as if you hear the water of the swimming pool running over your head, and this only happens while you are sleeping during the best hours of sleep until the morning. As of writing these lines, I still hear water or air running through the air conditioning pipes above my head at 08.05am, and when you ask the officials in the hotel, you find The response is ready (this is a normal thing that happens sometimes to clean the air in the central heating ducts) and they do not care that you paid your money for this hotel to enjoy your vacation and not to sleep in the air conditioner and water pipes repair room. this is the worst hotel I have ever entered in my life. You book a double bed, they give you two single beds. They tell you there is cable satellite television. You find the television without satellite or cable, only two news channels for the same country. There's not enough hot water when you go to the shower before you finish your shower hot water cut you finish it with cold water, i don't know how this Coral hotel got 3 stars. After what I went through with them, they don't deserve more than a star. As the lol. travel agency which I booked this hotel with them, a quarter of a star is enough for it.

Every time I tried to do my check-in (within the time period they mention) I got a 500 error message. Then I tried to download my proof of payment and then again I got the 500 error message. Whatever I was trying to do I was getting error messages. Then I proceeded to the airport to resolve this in person and they told me that if I can't do an online check-in then I have to pay more money. I explained and I demonstrated the issues with their website and they told me that the company is not responsible for malfunctions of the website!! What the heck!!!! are you kidding me?
