Be warned if you decide to exchange a mattress in our experience it doesn't happen. After three weeks we phoned them and they hadn't put the order in at their factory. We are still waiting. Appalling service.

Communication has been terrible, the first mattress arrived later than anticipated and unfortunately from night 1 we knew it was a terrible mattress to sleep on. After 30 nights we emailed a few times to try and change the mattress, nobody replied. I ended up calling and they were going to follow up with the manufacturers to see about a firmer mattress in super king. Nobody called me back so again I had to call them. Definitely avoid Lola Sleep for their lack of customer service and their worse quality mattresses. After 30 days the mattress is already sunk in.

We had some issues with the delivery and it took longer than expected to receive the matress. However, the customer team helped to coordinate a solution with the delivery provider.

My previous order was not as firm as what I expected. Notwithstanding, the previous mattress was of good quality only that I needed something firmer. I contacted them for exchange to a firmer one which is the titan hybrid and that met my expectation. The only reason I am.giving 4 stars and not 5 stars is that customers are not initially made aware of the service fee for the exchange. Apart from this the mattress are of good quality and worth the price. Customer service is also superb with excellent communication.

Good price for the product and very helpful staff with a quick response to my questions. Delivery was spot on and worked as it was advertised. All good.
