I do not recommend at all their products because of their poor quality.

I decided to purchase at Lomazoo because of their appealing prices. Not being aware of how expensive at the end it will be.

I bought a tap and a sink. Being honest, when it arrived it looked exactly what I was looking for. But the problems is that you don’t realize the bad quality till you install them and start making use of them.

The tap, or it burns your skin, or it’s completely cold. It takes quiet some time to finally find a comfortable water temperature to use it. If range is 100: 70 is burning water, 28 is cold water and only 3 of the range is standard temperature. Honestly is a nightmare to use.

Also the quality is poor, the tap handle is a bar screwed into the tap which gets loose any single time you use it, meaning you need to fasten it daily.

The sink material is the worst material I have ever seen in a sink. After using it for few days I realized the sink was full of scratches. There was not a place where you couldn’t see scratches on it.

I have a dish washer. I use the sink limited time for tiny stuffs and still, that’s the result after few days.

I contacted customer support. I had the worst experience ever. I never felt understood or supported. Their solution was for me to return the items for them to inspect them.

Items which are installed in a kitchen, so meaning I won’t have a functioning kitchen for weeks. So smart. Then, after discussing they offered to send me the new parts, but I had to return within 30 days the old ones.

Asking to return something as if the parts were clothes or something. These parts are not something that you can just easily return. They are installed in a kitchen. Also not done by me, but by a professional. I need to make an appointment for the company to come over, remove the parts and then install the new ones. Extra costs are associated. Also you depend on a professional to do it, which takes time and money. Only the cost of someone arranging it was almost same as the parts I ordered.
They approach the situation in a way which is uncomfortable. Mentioning they need to inspect the parts because I might be the one doing something wrong. Something wrong like cleaning plates in the sink?

They only offered one solution, which does not take this into account. I have been luckily only once in this situation before with a toilet part, and the solutions the company of the toilet provided to me by then was definitely more customer oriented than this. Because of that and the way the support was handled, my experience with this company is the worst experience I have ever had before when it comes to customer support.

Very disappointed about the quality of the products.

We ordered a water tap and a shower. When installing the shower, immediately the color of the screw let go. By mailing up and down for a few weeks we finally received a new screw. In the meantime the color disappeared from the heat button. And now, not even a year later, the color of the water tap is letting go.

I would never buy here again.

Dear Evaluation Team,

I expected the shower also to be made out of stainless steel like the rest of the tab.

Unfortunatelly this makes the whole produkt seem to be quite cheap.

Additionally the shower is not compatible with my water filter system as the outlet does not match with regular standard connectors. In fact it is not even possible to connect anything to it.

All in all I really like the design and the quality of the tab. But the quality of the shower is just poor.

Maybe you can help me with this issue.
