Cheap quality, faulty articles and wrong sizes. Contacted customer service several times but no response. Waste of money

Pathetic stuff with extremely low quality and prices are very above then the market prices.

Sell absolute shit, just after wearing one time there are lint all over trousers.

Never buying again

I initially ordered a trouser but I received the wrong product. I paid the shipping charges and sent it back. Then again I received the wrong product a second time and once again I had to return it and pay the delivery charges.

Now I do not want the trouser anymore. I want to replace it with a jacket and I am ready to pay the additional amount. Your representative told me that the price of the trouser I originally paid, around 1190, would be considered. But when I bought it, that was the selling price at that time. Today the trouser is showing 2490 after discount but it is still on the website at an offer price.

I am agreeing to pay the extra amount based on today’s price but your representative insists on considering only the old price of 1190. This is unfair, especially when the mistake happened twice from your side. I wasted time going to the delivery office and paid extra charges twice.

Instead of retaining a customer I am being asked to pay more due to your errors. Please resolve this issue urgently.

Not responding , first order was delivered but the color was totally different, quality was fine , then mistakenly place second order and paid in advance, when I contact with them nobody else is responding, bad customer service

Firstly, they did not respond me, when I wanted to return the order received.
Secondly, the color of the jacket Trucker Furr Olive, that I received is so different than on the website.
Thirdly the Quality is not upto The fur on the jacket starts to come off when I try to unbutton or unzip it.
