Massive colour difference
2nd pair of boots I've bought, first pair are fantastic only this time the difference in colour on the website and what I got in the box is night and day. Unimpressed and very disappointed.

Size of shoe
Shoes ordered were too narrow for my feet, I popped into the shop and was met by friendly staff who exchanged them, no drama. Would assume free postal service to be just as pleasant experience. Happy 10th anniversary.

Well-made, attention to detail, good packaging
The brogues arrived on time, and look well-made with careful attention to detail. They're not for me so I can't comment on wearability, but I appreciate that there is a choice between standard and wide fit. The packaging is very good, with complimentary items such as a shoehorn and pair of socks being provided. Overall a good first experience and I will keep this company in mind for future purchases.
