There was a problem with the blood test I had to chase them after 3 weeks of getting nothing back maybe I should have read the fine print but a company that does tests for testosterone levels you would have thought they would also offer a treatment plan but they don't for me it was a wasted time and effort

Home kit arrived quickly, very easy to use. Results arrived within a week. I’m very pleased with service they provide.

Say to contact if you can't get the blood out...rung 3 times, says to WhatsApp and got no reply. Just pay more to get a venous draw cos it's impossible to get enough they need from just finger pricks and then the sample is refused.

Received a rude email refusing to process my test even though I sent it back straight away. There was no instruction anywhere saying tests can’t be done on a Thursday, which is strange. You shouldn’t offer time-sensitive HCG tests: designed to track rising levels in early pregnancy and needing to be done on specific days if you can’t accommodate processing them.

It is clearly stated on the instruction sheet, please avoid sending samples on Thursday, Friday or over the weekend, as they may be delivered on Monday.
Please use the link below to order a new kit at £5.90 so you do the test again.“

I sent my sample on 29 January and received a blank set of results a few hours later before the sample had even been collected from the post office. Royal mail tracking reports a failed delivery on 30 January as they appeared to be no one in, and item is still reported as “pending”.

I queried this with L H C on 6 February and some 90 mins later received an email to say the sample had been received at the lab, but no results were forthcoming. I queried this on 12 Feb and a copy of the lab report (dated 6 February) was forwarded to me. This showed that the sample had been rejected due to its arrival outside the stability time, with a message saying that the instructions said that samples shouldn’t sent on a Thursday, Friday or the weekend. There was link to order a replacement kit for £5.90.

I admit I posted the sample on a Thursday, but the website FAQs only mentions to avoid posting on Friday and weekends.

I requested a refund on 12 February, as I have lost faith in the company, but have not yet received a response, although my other emails were answered within 24 hours.

Edited 18/2/26 : I emailed you on 5/2/26 to query the initial blank set of results and the rejected delivery together with the royal mail tracking reference. I was just advised to disregard the previous email and that the file did not contain results as sample hadn’t been received.

On the 3rd of February i received a mail from London Health Company that my sample have checked in at their laboratory, since then I haven't received any email with my blood results. They said that within 3 days i would have my results so I sent an email on the 6th February asking for an update they reply to me and they told me that they will check on that, 10th of February I sent another email asking again for update, today its 16th February and they haven't reply on my last email or sent me the blood results.
Apparently they have lost my sample and they didnt event sent an email to redo the test, the cost of my test was almost 45£

Only a rating of three as whilst the company kept me informed at every stage & even supplied, FOC, a replacement kit when I accidentally spilled the first sample. However the test itself was very difficult and, despite following the instructions to the letter, my sample came back as haemolyzed, making the results unreliable. They did offer to send me another free kit but luckily the existing result was suitable for my purpose so I declined the offer.

I provided a sample and received an email saying it had been received and I would get the results in 1-3 days. A week later I have not received the results.

Hard to follow instructions and didn't respond to my comms re questions. Shocking experience and wouldn't recommend.

I was asked to send an image of my sample ID so that I could be refunded as I no longer needed the test. I have chased my refund 3 times now and keep being told ‘it’s been passed on to someone’ or ‘I’ll get back to you’. It’s not good enough! Authorise the refund!
