Mohammed at London Heating Expert provided a first class, professional service from the start. He turned up on time, provided a swift assessment of the issue, and offered a variety of solutions and costs. I chose the installation of a new combi boiler for which I didn’t think as a second floor flat there would be enough water pressure but Mohammed worked out a way to add a pump into the system to give me powerful water pressure and the combi boiler I wanted. Mohammed was always courteous, hard-working and efficient. Working late into the night to get the job done properly and on time. I couldn’t recommend him more. His prices too were very reasonable. If you have a central heating or boiler issue in London, he should be the first person you call.

We had 4 engineers from 2 major companies to fix our boiler, which was dropping pressure on a daily basis. The first mentioned there was a leak in the system, and cannot fix it. The other company ruled out a leak, and said it was our heat exchanger: on a boiler less than 8 years old. Between all 4 engineers, I would say they spent a combined 1 hour; one was in for about 10 minutes

Mohammed Ali came and actually investigated the boiler and confirmed the heat exchange was fine. He believed after extensive review it was a leak. He wanted to test it and, if confirmed, fix it in a follow up.

It was indeed a leak, and he came back and resolved it. I am writing this more than 48 hours later, and I haven’t had to top up now for 96 hours!

Thanks to Mohammed Ali, we saved a ton of money. Thank you for your professionalism; you will be our first point of call for any future boiler issues.

Superb service from start to finish. I will be recommending and using Mohammed again if necessary as he is a real expert in his field and never gives up! This was a complicated job but all sorted now!

I called London Heating Expert for two problems: 1. My gas and electric bill was outrages, as I thought my central heating never turns off
2. Hot water pressure pump sometimes not engaging into action.

Muhammad arrived on time, explained to me very patiently and in details what could cause it, and he found a faulty valve in 2 minutes. He has a spare one in his van and he finished replacing it and testing everything 20-30 minutes after.
As for the water pressure pump, after looking closely at the problem, he suggested that I have the wrong pump and replacing it will cost too much, so he showed me how to work around it, saving me time and money.

He is very professional, reliable and nice. So I have also asked him to upgrade my thermostat to the new Hive. He brought all the parts with him, did the installation and made sure it all works and that I know how to control it.

I highly recommend calling him for any water/heating related issue!

I booked Mohammed for a power flush, as my rads were not getting hot and the boiler kept cutting out. Mohammed arrived exactly on time and checked out the boiler. He carried out the Power flush plus all the other technical checks on the boiler. Job Done! Mohamed gave me Excellent advice on the Boiler and what caused the problem. If you are looking for somebody to do anything related to your heating or plumbing just Call Mohammed. He is very meticulous and you can rely on him resolving and fixing the problem. The technician, Mohammad, has been incredible. I had my boiler broken for 5 days and freezing at home. On the day we requested him to come he was fully booked. However, as I was desperate, he came very late in the evening (11pm) and didn’t leave until the job was done and everything was working again (he left at 2:30am). I would recommend him anytime!

I had an amazing experience with Mohammed who quickly resolved a heating issue with our boiler within 10minutes of being onsite.
This is after 2 plumbers appointed by the insurance company told me I needed a new boiler and a power flush.
