Superb Customer Service
THere are very few companies that can boast great customer service - this is one of them. Their contact with the customer (me) was flawless, polite and interested. Courteous and professional
The transaction itself was painless, and the goods came reasonably quick. However, the cover to my phone was actually the cover to another model, and not the one pictured on ebay. I contacted them, and was answered promptly, and we quickly reached a satisfactory agreement.

Non existent customer service
I went through the process of buying some phone covers. At the checkout something went wrong and there wasn't any confirmation of whether the order was processed or not.
I immediately sent an e-mail asking to check if they had received my order, explaining what had happened. No response.
I haven't received any phone covers so can only assume that the order was not correctly processed. I bought them from somewhere else after waiting for a week for them to respond - which they didn't.
