This company who manages the parking…

This company who manages the parking for our building literally stormed in and served everyone parking fines including people who have lived there for years with a valid parking permit displayed on their cars!!!! Very strange and unheard of! They do not even state your offence and then you wonder how you would begin to appeal for the penalty!!! You are not God please

This is a cowboy and Kangaroo parking…

This is a cowboy and Kangaroo parking company. I lived Thurrock which is not charging the same as Local authorities in London.

I was issued with a PCN in my then compound a few days after I moved out, I did not what ever happened but a few years later I my brother was ill and I needed to secure a loan to help with his treatment then I received a shocker that there was a CCJ against me for an unpaid Parking Fine of £262.00, I was denied the credit needed. When I contacted the court and the proceedings was too much for me so I paid the money and by this time I have already lost my brother because he did not receive the treatment he needed.

A couple of years later this same case was sold to another debt collections company who started demanding that I pay the money again with the same court reference I got confused and contacted the company in question, this company now apologised and withdrew the case but I’m sure that it was a member of the London Parking Solutions that floated this Kangaroo London Parking Solutions and these people should stopped before they claim more lives.

I called them murderers because if if they did not get a default CCJ against me I would have secured a loan which could have saved my brothers live and will still here with us.

Total Scammers

Total Scammers, NO chance of winning an appeal whatsoever. (Seems to be all in house) .I had to give 1 star to write review !! Had residents permit on display could be seen in their pictures but apparently their sign 7 foot up on a wall dictates that all the spaces are visitors spaces when i spoke to land management company I was informed they have NO segregated spaces for residents or visitors !!!
On phoning London Parking solutions direct the guy was smug & cocky yet tried to be semi professional (Did not work) "we make the rules we issue pcns your only choice is to pay or face the consequences"" I'm only giving you advice I have nothing else to say "
BULLY BOY company , hope your mum is proud !!!

Scam - trying to intimidate people to pay for for charges that don’t exist

Sending out final demands for payment - when there has been no initial parking charge notices, or notice to keeper.

There is very few details of the charge itself, just a notice number and vrm, no date or location of offence.

Unscrupulous scam, trying to scare and intimidate people into paying £160 for nothing, without any lawful or reasonable reason to do so.
