Shocking quality. Cant get hold of them. They are based in china and lie on their packaging about return address being in UK. They dont offer return labels as you have to send it back to China - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid at all cost.
Money taken instantly, extremely inferior product eventually provided after a considerable delay. No response provided when they were contacted. Basically they are getting away with robbery!
DO NOT be fooled by their clever misleading marketing.. It's a SCAM. I have lost my money don't loose yours!

The jumper eventually arrived but the wrong Colour and had no labels giving any information Sewing at the neck was poor and the jersey was poor quality. All of their publicised contacts did not work and all attempts at contact didnt work

Shocking company. Chinese tat which takes forever to arrive and then doesn't fit and now the company want me to get an exchange rather than accept a return and they want to charge me an extra shipping fee. I am being forced to pay for the return!

I ordered some toenail clippers for older people with diabetes, I received them today and put them straight in the bin, the cutting edge is not even which could be dangerous, I didn't realise I was getting more Chinese tat. I dried leaving a review on trust pilot through their site but couldn't. I did notice the only reviews they showed were positive ones . Never again. ZERO STARS. SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!

I regret not reading previous reviews of this site.
I ordered a shirt from them, it eventually arrived but was obviously an incorrect size and made of inferior material.
Despite several emails informing them of this and requesting their return process, they have not responded.
I have wasted £30 and hope that no-one else falls for this as I have done!

This review is based on my only order from LondonRD. I got a couple of messages before receiving the order keeping me informed that it was slightly delayed. When my item arrived it did not look like the photo and was poor quality, overpriced (despite being ‘discounted’ clearly a marketing con) and tacky. I politely asked for a returns label (as directed in their email), no response, I contacted them again politely and copied in Trading Standards hoping that might illicit a reply but still no response. As it is now a month later I am sharing this review in the hope that no one else is conned by them and wastes money

I am extremely disappointed with this site. All the items I received are clearly fake and do not match the descriptions or photos. Despite requesting a return label and sending multiple emails, I have received no response whatsoever. There are no clear terms and conditions on the site, and the business doesn’t even provide a phone number for contact. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this site. It does not deserve even one star.

Absolutely terrible. Awful quality and despite numerous emails querying how to facilitate a return I have had no response at all! Seriously advise against purchasing anything from this site!

Cheap quality. They ship from China, so slow delivery. The so called return policy does not exist! Emails are ignored.

I have been in touch about replacement of my order. I was told i can choose another product but since 3rd May there has been no communication. Please advise what’s happening with my query.

I ordered a pair of slip on clogs but when they arrived I was not impressed with the quality of the item and they did not fit.
I emailed the company and asked to return them for a refund.
They emailed back asking for photos of the product before staring the refund procedure. I sent photos and the reply I had was quite strange. They offered another item of my choice at a cost of 9.90 euros (£8.50), to cover the cost of postage they said..........and I could keep the original clogs......which were no good to me because they did not fit!!
Totally crap product and a lousy scam!!

A Jacket I ordered looks nothing like the online photo! Thin, tacky material, wrong colour.I have emailed them 3 times so far but......no reply.I have asked for a refund as the jacket was over 35 pound but no response, please do not order from this company!

Scam! Dont order anything...I tried to get a refund, havent heard from them since. Save your money, do not order anything! Best case you got some cheap quality stuff, worst case never gona arrive.

I ordered a shirt the 1st of April and still have not recieved it despite chasing constantly this is a scam company shame the shirt looked nice, this company has no honour.

Actually zero stars. Ordered a backpack in their sale. It took too long to arrive (4 weeks +) and when it arrived it was a shockingly cheap & downmarket product & where two of the zips broke during their first activation. Rubbish.

Be aware this is a phishig site ,my sister got her card charged numours times bank cancelled the card , these are scammers .

You get charged from a polish website but based im America continued to try and take money from her card thankfully bank fraud dept has flaged it as a scam site , do not use this company you will lose your money to scammers

This company if you check the UK trading standard there is a massive great big warning they are using unsafe and unregulated practices to sell
webpage set up to look like goods in uk the goods are not in the UK they are abroad
they will they hide their policies please I’m begging everybody if you’re in the UK go onto Webscam detector you will see they are number one there for their scams trading standards in the UK are aware of them. I’ve contacted a consumer trading standards. They’re aware of them as well if you buy anything from them please use your card so that you can do a charge back every single day has been a nightmare dealing with this company.

I ordered a motorcycle wind deflector to replace my existing one which has a broken hinge. Although I received confirmation email and a couple of update emails the item took much longer to arrive than the delivery times stated on the website. On receiving the wind deflector it is a poor quality copy of what I had believed I would be getting. The components have not been finished e.g. moulded parts have excess plastic or rubber attached. The screen itself is transparent but has a flawed texture, it looks like Roman float glass. I don’t consider it safe for use on my motorcycle. When compared to my existing wind deflector it is really apparent what a poor quality it is. I will be asking for a refund.
