I believe this company is a scam. I ordered a top on 19 May 2026
and it has never arrived. The website has disappeared. The “tracking link” does not work. I think they have just stolen my money.

Anyone who has ordered from this site should contact their bank/credit provider immediately for a section 75 claim.

The shoes I ordered did arrive after 3 weeks, indicating this was simply a drop shipping site for Chinese products. The quality recieved also indicates the same. Horrendous things.

Looks like they have pulled their online presence as of today, as I had an email regarding returns last night but their exchange mailbox now bounces and their website is down. Luckily I had contacted my credit provider last week for a full refund as their correspondence was suspicious.

Terrible customer service. Product arrived eventually but is too smal and needs to be returned for refund. No response whatsoever from Customer service to approve the return. Scam Company DONT shop with them.
I saw the reviews too late sadly

I ordered a product, immediately received confirmation email and the two further emails telling me it had been shipped. One saying it was with DHL, another saying there hadn’t had an update on the progress of delivery from Royal Mail!
Have emailed back twice for an update and no response!
Doubt I will receive anything. Should have checked Trustpilot first.

100% scam website. Stay away at all costs.

Scammed me when I brought a jacket/jumper, what I received was a cheap made teashirt, took ages to respond to me regarding a refund and said theyd either offer 30% money back or I I have to pay shipping fee to get a refund which means I still lose out on money

I ordered a long sleeve shirt. It took over 3 weeks to come & when it arrived it was a short sleeved shirt. They offered to send the correct item but I want a refund. The item I received is truly poor quality & the event I wanted it for has now passed. As soon as I insisted on a refund they blocked me so all emails are now being bounced. I will try to get a charge back on my credit card.

Dont do it. I paid almost £22 for a candle holder that you have to build yourself, it doesn’t work properly as it’s made from cheap balsa wood and would absolutely set alight if I put a real candle in there. Terrible.

DO NOT BUY FROM LONDONRD! I bought a top which was not right and wanted to send it back for a refund. Oh no, they will either exchange it for the correct size (it was the correct size) or give me 20% off to keep it. Now, suddenly, my emails are returned undeliverable but I could still buy from them again if I was stupid enough to do so. I checked that they had a UK address before buying, having been caught out once before by another supplier wanting me to return the item to China. Never again!

I am fuming. Ordered some trainers for my son. (This was before reading reviews, had I of read them I NEVER would have used this diabolical company!!)
They have not turned up and now I can't get onto the website to enquire and emails have bounced back from them.
Absolutely livid that I've lost money.

I ordered a black and white dress on the 14th of May which arrived yesterday the the 27th of May,the quality of the dress is bad,i sent out email from yesterday as posted on their website for their return policy i am yet to receive any response from yesterday afternoon,will appreciate if you respond to your emails ASAP.

Bought a waterproof jacket online it’s nothing like what is shown online the texture of fabric and stitching is cheap quality and their customer service is zero sent an email response was quick i was asked to take pictures and a video which I did in time and till now no response I’ll probably be late for returns so £40 gone on a jacket which looks like an over sized flimsy shirt I’ve asked for a refund and no reply

Update 29/05/26 I have tried emailing them again - my email ID has been blocked !!and I can even get onto their website as have been blocked there too😡😡😡🫪

I wish I'd read the reviews on here first. I have emailed, contacted via Instagram to trigger a return for a pair of shorts which are very much sub-standard the description on the website.

The arrived late. I ordered it on the 19th May 2026 and now wondering if I'll see my money again as I'm constantly emailing to "initiate" a refund. As of 27th May - I'm still waiting to hear/receive any form of communication.

Terrible experience. Ordered xl tops, they are a small or medium at best.

Won’t let me know how to return items and they have asked if I could buy other items at a discount and keep the tops.

I said I wanted to return them and refund money.

Heard nothing.

Scam, don’t buy from them.

The sandals took about two weeks to arrive. They looked good, felt good and were comfortable. However, the soles are not solid but hollow so my ankle has gone right through them after wearing them for half hour.

The returns process is absolute shambles and incredibly misleading. The returns team are hugely unhelpful and send back text book written emails like a robot. They do not offer 100% money back guarantee as stated on their website. Instead they offer you options for return such keep the item for a partial 25% refund or to post it for return to China where you have to pay for return. Either way the customer loses out. Do not buy!! Their products and customer service are not worth the time or money!

Absolutely shocking
Not worth the money for any product as they do not do refunds but instead expect you to pay additional postage to return items to China via tracked postage. Avoid at all costs as they do not have the same sizing standards or trading standards as per our British values.

I ordered a 4g camera to keep an eye on my horse while on holiday.
They sent me the wrong camera witch needs WiFi and I haven't got WiFi where my horse lives .I have sent so many emails I got one back asking for photos of the camera witch I sent right away still no answer I paid over£100 for this and they haven't done a thing to help I've just asked for a refund but I bet they don't get back to me . I can't afford to loose that sort of money so fed up

I seem to be bucking the trend here, but I found Londonrd very good. Only glitch a delay in receiving my order (a pair of sandals) but when I contacted Londonrd, they were extremely courteous and helpful. My parcel arrived two days later. The sandals are the highest quality and exactly what I wanted. I can find no fault with Londonrd and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I bought a lightweight gilet from them, it took weeks to arrive and when it did it was two sizes smaller than it was labelled. I then contacted them three times re returns and never got a response, so here's my response, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! the item will go to my local charity shop. I would like to now add that they advertise a great TRUSTPILOT score, which is clearly fake, they should be shut down by trading standards.
