Sake arrived sooner than expected, looking forward to sharing with friends pairing and tasting notes really helpful.

Good customer service: Well informed of order journey till delivered.
Items were well packed and products excellent as expected.

It has been a week since I placed the order and four days since I got the message that the order was shipped yet no sign of my £100+ order showing up any time soon. Highly disappointed as I ordered it for a party and was ultimately forced to buy sake elsewhere. Wouldn’t trust this business and would not recommend.

Great choice , very speedy dispatch

Took a week to advise me there would be a delay in dispatch, despite showing all items ordered as available. To be fair, once I told them they were cutting it close to the event for which it was needed they split the delivery so I would have as much as possible as early as possible (this should not have been necessary!). However, there was one I item they said they would not have and asked if I would like a refund or a replacement. I said a refund - and a full week later I have not had even the courtesy of a reponse, let alone the refund!! This is not acceptable on any level. Avoid this company - they are far less than honest in the running of their business...

Starter sake selection kit, came with a very informative letter detailing storage and pairing. The first piece of paper that came with a delivery that I will keep!

Ordering online was easy, and the product was delivered to me the very next day! Excellent quality of service. I ordered a 300ml bottle of Dassai 23 Junmai Daiginjo, and it was the first time I’d tried sake. What a delight! The fragrance and flavour were rich, each element clearly defined, as described in the notes on the website. A tasting guide and a coaster came with the order. I’m very impressed by the whole experience, and I will certainly be buying again from London Sake.

Presentation and delivery of the product was above my expectations. I am yet to taste the Sake but I was more than impressed by the way it was delivered and packaged.

I did not yet receive my order after 1 week so on this occasion I can only award one star. The fact that London Sake emailed me and asked me to write a review suggests that they normally do better, as they claim 3-5 working days on the website, but that is not much use to me because I have to go away first thing tomorrow, so I will not receive my order and indeed would not have ordered anything had I foreseen this unfortunate outcome.

5 stars! They have apologised, delivered my sake, reimbursed my money (over £100) and given me a discount on a future order. This is absolutely incredible customer service. All is forgiven. Thank you so much. I will forever use you for all my future sake needs!
