LONDON THEATRE....I ordered and paid…
LONDON THEATRE....I ordered and paid for a performance ticket and received no confirmation email. I contacted London Theatre and could only access AI. I asked for the details to be sent again and still didn't receive them I was then told I would have to wait until the day before the show to see if I get the tickets . This gives me very little time to rectify the situation and I am not at all sure whether I will get to see this show.
Why is it not possible to access a real person in these companies. I won't be booking with London Theatre again.

When I went to pay it mentioned two…
When I went to pay it mentioned two options the theatre and another. I tried to pay and ran out of time, so started again and used the other name. I then panicked that I had paid twice.
Also the time allowed wasn’t sufficient.
Other than that it was fine.
