Great ticket offer. Easy to look for good seats. Plus the idea of showing the view you will have from your chosen seats are great idea.

Great, easy to navigate website with a view from seat feature which makes choosing the right seat really easy. Good choice of price bands and dates available and tickets sent to email so no having to remember your log in details to retrieve tickets. Will definitely use again.

Very convenient way to choose and buy tickets. I just really do not know, is there any issue of visibility in rear rows. I understand that digital images are screened somewhere? And they are big?

It was very easy to get tickets for the date and time that I wanted. The interface was very easy to use. No issues at all.

I had such a wonderful time seeing The Devil Wears Prada musical. The whole production was breathtaking, from the spectacular costumes to the incredible performances. It was glamorous, fun and full of sparkle from beginning to end!

It was especially wonderful to see my idol, Vanessa Williams, who was absolutely stunning. She is such an outstanding actress and completely commands the stage.
I also have to mention Brandon Lee Sears, who stepped into the role of Nigel. His performance was incredibly touching and emotional, and he really brought something special to the character.
Emily was also played wonderfully by Talia, funny, witty and so engaging! She was such a joy to watch that you could almost imagine an entire show centred around her story. Huge congratulations to Talia! 💕
And our main star, Andy, played by Steve Doc, brought such a youthful energy and had a beautiful voice. She was fantastic!
And the costumes… WOW! 🤩 Absolutely breathtaking. The attention to detail and the sheer glamour of the whole production were incredible.
Every single actor did such a fantastic job, and together they created a truly outstanding performance.
I would highly recommend this show to anyone who likes a little bit of sparkle in their life..and don't be ridiculous, everybody wants this !

They ability to search for tickets, first by date, and then by play was easy. Picking out your day with a very transparent price was amazing. Once picked out, it was ready to finalize the purchase. Tickets were sent quickly to my email

I booked to go see The devil wears prada, I accidentally put the wrong email address in the booking. I received a text message saying that the booking was cancelled. I've gone to try to find out what's happened, finging out that I didn't put my full email in, my bad, but why is it that I'm having to go through hoops and giving out all my details to prove who I am to try to recover MY money that came out of MY account but the person who cancelled MY booking without any form of verification to prove that they made the booking (which they did not have) was able to do that AND received a £60 voucher on top.

This seems to be the only way I'll actually get to talk to a human being about this issue because the AI bot was useless, and emailing my problem just gave me the same headache the bot gave me, by giving me a voucher I cannot use.

I'M the one who's £76 down yet the other person is £60 up. Make that make sense.

To get a ticket is very eeasy. Customer service is Perfect. Last year they solved my problem for wrong e mail Adress as my fault. They helped me so much.

Very disappointing experience with Ticket Protection

I paid extra for Ticket Protection, expecting that if I had to cancel, I would either be able to rebook my ticket or get my money back. Unfortunately, I was told that I could have neither.

It feels completely pointless paying extra for ticket protection if, when you actually need it, it doesn’t provide any meaningful protection. The terms and conditions should be made much clearer before customers pay for this additional service.

Very disappointed with the service and would not recommend paying extra for Ticket Protection.

I went on line to buy high school musical tickets for myself and my daughter the process of ordering them was very simple picked tickets and then seats paid for the tickets so easy from start to finish..had an email to confirm purchased tickets straight away very efficient company

The site ia easy to navigate and booking the show was uncomplicated. Thank you also for allowing enough time to correct my mistake when I mixed up the dates!
