Awful Company! Do not buy from them. Bought a cotton look quilted jacket but what turned up was a very very cheap polyester bomber. No quilting, no cotton, no label branding either. It looks nothing like the image shown on website.

Trying to return is impossible, you will be out of pocket because there warehouse is in china - not london or the netherlands address that it states on there website. To post something back to China can set you back easily £40 therefore not worth sending back. This is a very unfair tactic which is not mentioned on website.

Tried to argue that the product looks nothing like the product advertised on website but they said there QC feels quality is good enough.

AVOID AVOID.

Absolutely fraudulent and misrepresenting. Website implies UK based but actually a Chinese company which means the items are impossible to return.

Very poor quality and very long shipping time. The items bought were ‘discounted’ from £99 to £45. They are worth about £2.50. Shocking quality and in no way similar to the pictures.

Ordered a dress that came different to the pictures and broken zip. Wrote to them and asked for a returns label was told I would have to pay for return to China myself even tho the product was faulty. I then made them aware of the consumer writes acts and they offered 60% refund or to send me a returns label. I have never received this return label or the refund this place is a scam!

Quality is shocking so I wanted to return.
I looked at all the policies before I ordered to establish that this was not a cheap Chinese company but unfortunately they did a good job of covering that up .

Nowhere does it say that the product is coming from China . In fact they go to great lengths to mislead and deceive customers into believing that it is based in Netherlands (they even have the address and company reg number) and UK,. They have a UK number which of course does not get answered but just directs you to their email. Refund policy states 7 days to process a refund but when I emailed I was told that it has to be returned to China so I have to pay all shipping and customs to China and the refund takes a month!!

The dress I ordered was of very poor quality and not wearable as it was so see-through hence me wanting to return it.

Customer services send an initial automatic response telling you it has to be returned to China at your expense and than you have to wait a month although I am sceptical if I will ever see my money again .
