I have switched from my usual supplier as London vitality are quick in delivery and much more affordable! They seem to be doing exactly the same job as well! Happy to see they are bringing out other options too!

What is there not to like!!

Great product arrives on time every month - huge improvement in mnm levels. I think that nearly 4 months I have been taking this.

This company doesn't respond to any messages, product doesn't work at all, I had to report them to my bank for refund because they have non existent customer service ,

This is a scam company, product doesn't work at all and I never got any response from customer service,

Collagen I was skeptical about this product as I’d been taking a much more expensive one and this was so reasonably priced! After a short while I noticed longer nails and fuller hair, proving my fears were ungrounded. Excellent product!

Hi I’ve been using the products for a few months now I’ve received all my orders and have only had good experiences and feel loads better ..

I recently subscribed to regular deliveries of NMA from you. After a month trial I was extremely happy with both the delivery service and the outcome using this product. My initial very slight skepticism, based purely on the lower cost compared with other NMA suppliers, has proved itself to be totally unfounded. Thank you London Vitality!

Won't respond to emails to initiate returns

I ordered a product from this company, it’s the first time I have used London Vitality, the communication was good and the product arrived on time, I am pleased with the experience and I will use them again. Thank you

They keep charging my bank account for a subscription I'\ve told them to cancel.

I've emailed them saying I can't cancel and their site doesn't work but they just say "go to the website to pause the subscription". and ignore when I say it doesn't work.

So I have to ring the bank to block them and also go to trading standards.

I'm appalled to find that they have re-activated and charged for a cancelled subscription. Their response to me was 'all subscriptions have a minimum three month cooling off period' I would never have entered into such an arrangement and can't find any reference to it. Shocking customer service, verging on fraudulent!

I read the reviews after I had ordered and I’m glad I didn’t listen as I ordered and my product came earlier than expected, lovely professional packaging and prompt delivery, posted through my letterbox as small packaging!

I would put zero if I could. I never received my order since 24/11/23. They took my money and they blamed Royal Mail that lost the package. I never took my refund.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE JUST TRYING TO ORDER! I ticked "GBP" but they wanted to bill me in EUROS -- which would incur a charge -- this is BEFORE I put in ANY credit card info. Their response was, "This is down to your credit card supplier NOT us". Then when I explained they wanted a SCREEN GRAB to prove it! -- a screen grab that is GONE from my SCREEN & something that happened the day before! I asked them NOT to email me anymore & cited breaches of my Data Protection Rights -- they emailed TWICE AGAIN so I HAVE reported them to the Information Commissioner's Office.

I can see that everyone else here agrees with my experience -- AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!

If I could give zero stars I would! Worst customer service ever, Scammers who would steal your money
