The delivery was on time and the ordering process was super easy. The delivery team were polite and communicative, phoning to provide advanced eta.

Good price and excellent service
I made several calls to the company checking details out and they were consistently patient and helpful. The price was good and I was kept informed about delivery/fitting. The man who fitted the dishwasher was extremely pleasant and helpful in explaining aspects of its working etc. I would definitely use this company again.

Awesome, Professional, Family Business
This is genuinely a family business that greets you with warmth and care from the moment you walk in the door. I was helped by James who organised me a SMEG fridge freezer for a really great price given I took a model off the shop floor.
Reg and Sean delivered my fridge and again the degree of professionalism and warmth shown by both in delivering my new fridge had all the Hallmarks of exactly why you should pick a local family business over large corporates
I would happily use Long Eaton Appliance company again in a heartbeat
