The card didn't arrive for my Grandsons…
The card didn't arrive for my Grandsons 15th birthday. It was supposed to arrive between the 27th and 29th May but arrived on the 30th. Not brilliant

I'm sorry your card missed the date. I can see your order was posted on the 24th May via Royal Mail First Class, so it should have arrived in time. The estimates we provide unfortunately come down to Royal Mail and occasionally things can take longer than expected. Please get in touch via email and we can organise a refund for the card that didn't make it.

Hi, I'm really glad you were pleased with your card and digital image. We are a small family business and use a professional printers to print and dispatch our cards which they do very efficiently. All orders placed before midday Mon-Fri are printed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after midday Mon-Fri are shipped on the next working day. All of our cards are sent with Royal Mail First Class and due to this no longer being a next day guaranteed service we always give a 1-3 day delivery estimate. Unfortunately items are also sometimes delayed or even lost in transit with Royal Mail.
We do now offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for cards that need faster delivery as well.
